Our vacation home is situated at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort minutes from Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts. The unit has the best location in the resort community having an exterior building placement and an end unit. You can walk across the church parking lot to the Flight of the Canyons, the Cabriolet lift. (10 min walk depending on snow accumulation). Most take a 40 second car ride (really, just around the corner, you can see it from the lodge) or take the bus which stops 75 yards from the front door. Beautifully decorated and inviting with stone fireplaces, entertainment centers, great rooms, two master suites, half bath along with incredible rustic mediterranean furnishings. The spacious kitchen offers granite countertops, the latest in appliances and plenty of seating at both breakfast bar and dining areas. Additionally, Timberwolf has underground parking with private direct access to the lodge.
Our unit is a privately owned residence. Some owners select property management companies to manage their 'rental property'. My Park City Lodge is owner managed, attention to detail is had, being this is our vacation home as well and certain you will enjoy this occasion/ experience and many more to come.

So Very Relaxing!
So Very Relaxing!
We came in the month of May and not realized that this felt like winter in Texas. We absolutely fell in love with the home and found that perfect for our anniversary. As we walked in everything was beautiful, in its place and very clean. The location in the community was perfect and secluded. Park City had lots to offer, quaint & interesting. Jamie did spent a lot of time with us for our stay and very helpful. We just loved it and looking forward in coming back with our kids and grand kids. Thanks again for a lovely stay and we love your home!

About the owner: Native to Texas and along the Gulf Coast we are a family with two busy toddlers. We're in the hospitality/ service industry and manage/own a fleet of entertainment boats. Houston Party Boats host different types of private cruises such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events along with so many other celabratory occasions. We enjoy extensive travel (when we have time) mostly, as you guessed it to Park City along with other caribbean resorts.
Why the Owner Chose Timber Wolf:
We've traveled to most Colorado and Canadian mountain resorts until a planned vacation to Park City, Utah. Me, (the husband) never asks too many questions in part to time, energy and effort Jamie puts into the research & planning. Though we've heard about Park City being the stage of the 2002 winter olympics, it wasn't until we stepped off the plane preparing for the drive ahead. As with most if not all mountain resorts expecting that to be an hour or more and with two toddlers, I wasn't too thrilled blowing a full day traveling. We found ourselves taking the next exit outside of SLC and realized this was indeed our exit. This can't be right,I was anticipating the long drive, whining, crying, and its been close to only 30 minutes after leaving the Airport and it wasn't even noon. WOW! I was amazed at the infrastructure at Kimball Junction (big box stores, outlet mall and the like). Driving up towards Main Street, a world of difference, yet minutes between which exemplified the ambiance of a classic mountain town. This was incredible! Here, we found ourselves in the midst of Three (3) world class ski resorts in North America having traveled half across the country, snow falling Christmas lights (Though it was not Christmas)smiles on peoples faces & beautiful lanscape and charming architecture. It didn't take but two extended vacations until we found ourselves coming again and again. We've stayed in the resorts, condos & hotels and even other vacation home and dreamed of actually having our own place rather than stepping over suitcases in some posh place and well those places that were'nt so nice. Once you find something great, you stick with it. Accomodations are really important to us as it would be in purchasing a home, some might not be that picky, but for Timberwolf and the home we made of it,this fit perfectly.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Coming across Timberwolf, we selected it primarily for its location, you will find location means everything in Park City, but importantly it is the overall feel to a smaller resort community that made it home or a nieghborly environment. This wasn't another converted apartment complex or looks like it. This is all new & specifically built with individual ownership in mind. More enticing is the location compared to the other units. Our home has exterior placement, not looking into a back yard, another building or street, oh but a greenbelt between a church (really nice). Our home is an end unit, private & secluded, views, flowing creek and gazebo. Really, nothing else offers that. Driving up to the residence, i was like who cared what the inside looked like, until we opened the door. We were completely amazed and in awe, you will be too! It's PERFECT! no doubt you will remember, tell your friends & family and look forward in coming back again. Pretty big words and promises right? Both Jamie and I will want to make this one of the best vacation / getaways and really excited in sharing what we have found with you.
