We just arrived home from a week at this unit. The owner makes you feel right at home. You can arrive with just the clothes you need and a few personal items. It was CLEAN, quaint and well furnished!! There are several extra touches that make this unit standout above the rest!! The ocean was right below and the views were great. There is no better place to see the sunrise or hear the waves hit. This unit sits 3 properties in from where cars enter the beach. Thanks for a great week!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

What a wonderful week we spent at this property! New Smyrna is a 3 hour drive from where we live and we had heard great things about the beaches there as well as the local restaurants. The owner of this property was very easy to deal with, as was the manager of this building, who met us upon arrival and gave us our keys, etc. The unit is very clean and well laid out and the furnishings are tasteful. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen, as we cooked several dinners while we were there - nicely equipped. The view and beach, of course, is spectacular and the real reason we stayed there. The pool was awsome and we divided our time between the beach and pool. Although we stayed for a full week, I understand that the owner will rent for a 4-day min. on holiday weekends, so we hope to go back later this year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
