Enjoy the stunning mountain views and spectacular sunsets all year round from the deck of this beautiful detached condo in Waterville Estates Resort. This Condominium is considered one of the premiere homes in the mountain resort and has full access to its multi-million dollar recreational center. There is so much to do here!

This young, Non-Smoking condo is fully-equipped with every amenity for your home away from home. Drive right up to the front door and enjoy the easy access and convenience of the air-lock entry, especially nice on those cold days coming home from the ski slopes.

The first level has a full modern kitchen, dining area with a large table for sit down dinners, a breakfast bar, large living room with a cathedral ceiling, and expansive wrap-around glass to enjoy the incredible views and sunsets. There is also a wonderful gas fireplace/stove with a remote for instant warmth and comfort.
The master bedroom is also on this level, has a queen-size bed and shares the wonderful views. Add a full bath to this and a deck to fully enjoy the wonderful and peaceful setting.

The second level has another view bedroom with two twin beds, a cozy loft with another twin bed, and a queen sleep sofa. This area enjoys a SECOND TV/VCR UNIT and checkerboard game table that the kids really enjoy, as well as second full bath. There is also a convenient washer and dryer unit-wonderful for those wet bathing suits or ski clothes.

This condo is within walking distance of the beautiful recreational center and mountain swimming lake. There is a restaurant, lounge, and game room at the center as well as two large indoor pools, two jacuzzis (one outside, one in), and separate men and women's saunas and locker rooms. There are lighted tennis courts and a lighted basketball court as well. This mountain-top community also boasts its own skating pond and family friendly ski resort area called Campton Mountain.

Located just off Exit 28 from Route 93, it is only minutes to golf at Owl's Nest Golf Resort or Waterville Valley, Lincoln/Woodstock, and Loon as well as Plymouth and Tenny Ski areas.
