The private balcony enjoys wonderful views of the sea, Monaco’s Port Hercule, the Prince’s Palace and the bright lights of Monte Carlo.

The apartment is a 700 metre walk from the port and casino and the centre of Monte Carlo and a 300 metre walk to Monaco train station. There are nice sea views from the balcony and the living room.
The apartment has the added bonus of a private secure undercover parking space allowing you to explore the many sights of Monaco and the French and Italian Riviera. The apartment is situated on the third floor which is the entrance level and there is an elevator directly down to the underground parking space.
You can relax and enjoy a meal on the outdoor balcony whilst taking in the wonderful view of the sea and Monte Carlo.
