  This was the best family vacation destination to date for our family! Our children loved the beach, the pool, searching for seashells, and eating loads of yummy seafood. It is obvious that Paul and Melissa put a lot of thought and preparation into their beach home. They have provided everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thanks Paul & Melissa for opening up your home as a rental because this area of Florida is amazing. Until next time...

  My family stayed here during the height of the Oil Spill Crisis. My sister in law and niece had long made plans prior to the oil spill to come visit & we made our reservations for this cottage at the same time. Let me just say - we were willing to come prior to the oil spill and were committed to supporting this market during the spill. This cottage is VERY conveniently located on the East end of 30-A about one mile West of Rosemary Beach. The pool is about 10 steps out the door of the cottage and it was so relaxing and quiet - even though there were several other families there at the same time. The beds were comfortable, the amenities provided were sufficient - Melissa & Paul thought of may things that would be needed when vacationing so you didn't have to drag them there. The cottage was clean, well kept and very comfortable. My family thought this was the best vacation and definitely wants to return again and again. Thank you Paul & Melissa for offering your second home to us! I have told a TON of people about it! Until next time.....

  We had a wonderful time staying in this home. Our children loved the pool and the beach. When it was time to take a break they had so much to do in the house. The house is really quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We loved all the ceiling fans! The kitchen was great to cook in and Publix was only a few minutes down the road. The kids and grown ups enjoyed Pier Park. Great restaurants and shopping. The owner's were so helpful and easy to work with. They really have thought of everything to make your visit easy and relaxing. We really had a great time.

  My family (husband, myself, and 10 month old) stayed here the week of memorial day and it could not have been more perfect! Melissa and her family have beautifully furnished the cabin with very nice and new furniture, beautiful linens and towels and lots of extras. Our son, a new crawler, discovered many toys in the kids room and family room and the beach toys they provided were perfect...(hey mom's they even had outlet covers, booster seat, and pack n play!). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including coffee maker, blender, and even dishes for entertaining. We found we were able to make most of our meals at home without missing a beat. The beach necessities you needed are all included; beach backpack chairs, beach bag, large beach umbrella, cooler, nice big towels, numerous toys and a great folding wagon to take it all to the beach. And THE BEACH is perfect!! It is about a 5 to 7 minute walk, but because there are no high rises around the beach felt very private and there aren't large crowds. And after hanging at the beach for a while, you still have a lovely pool to use as a second option right outside of your back door. We highly recommend this VRBO listing. It was more than we could have asked for and ample room (we could have comfortably fit more people!). Melissa is very easy to work with and has answered all questions promptly.

  We are so excited about getting back down to Florida to enjoy or new home! We hope everyone who stays enjoys it as much as we do. We put lots of hard work into updating almost everything with a goal of making our experience and the experience of anyone who rents from us as easy, comfortable, fun and relaxing as possible! We can't wait to have our first renters!
