Hello! Our condo offers guests a private, tastefully decorated 1-bedroom stay at a great price. Guests year after year have enjoyed their vacations there, with many of them returning in the coming years. Our unit is on the first floor in St. Andrew's Commons - located on the famed Fazio golf course, in Palmetto Dunes. The most recent renovations for guests including wall-to-wall Berber carpet, bathroom vanity upgrades, new a/c and heating units and new washer & dryer, as well as new Haverty's living room furniture. Inside, features a spacious living room that opens up to an enclosed courtyard garden, with a TV/stereo, coffee-maker and most all the amenities of home... all this, privately overlooking the beautiful tree-lined golf course.
St. Andrews offers a fabulous outdoor pool that's available to guests, and there are a variety of dining and shopping choices just a short drive (or a great bike ride!) away. Finally, St. Andrew's is located minutes away from the beautiful white beaches that HHI is known for - and you'll be given a free beachside parking pass for Palmetto Dunes, too, upon check-in.

(Please note that smokers are absolutely not allowed. Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis for a non-refundable fee of $25, with the agreement that no pets are allowed on the furniture. Deposit payments are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your check-in date. Should your plans change within 60 days, we will help you to reschedule your stay on the next available dates that are convenient to you.)

Monthly rate off-season: $800 + $85 for each cleaning
Pets, if approved, will be an additional $25 for short-term rentals.

We fell in love with Hilton Head and St. Andrew's in particular, the first time we visited the island. St. Andrew's is conveniently located, beautifully landscaped and a wonderful vacation spot.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo should have everything you'll need for your stay, including kitchen supplies, linens and beach supplies. It's privately set on the back of the Fazio golf course, on the first floor with a lovely patio. The pool is nearby, but not too close to be noisy, and the drive to the beach is just minutes away. Overall, a great condo for a fabulous price!

Born and raised in Maine, we love the warmer waters off the South Carolina coast, and love every trip to Hilton Head, ourselves.
