Hello! Our condo offers guests a private, tastefully decorated 1-bedroom stay at a great price. Guests return year-after-year to enjoy their vacations there.
The unit is on the first floor in St. Andrew's Commons. Located on the famed Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes (PD) just minutes away from the beautiful beaches that HHI is known for. You will be provided a free beachside parking pass for PD upon check-in.
Our most recent renovations include wall-to-wall Berber carpet, bathroom and vanity upgrades, new a/c and heating units and new washer & dryer. The inside features a spacious living room that opens up to an enclosed courtyard garden, with a TV/stereo, coffee-maker and most all the amenities of home... all of this, privately overlooking the beautiful tree-lined golf course.
St. Andrews offers a greatl outdoor pool, and there are a number of dining and shopping choices just a short drive (or a great bike ride!) away.
Our condo is a great find in the heart of Hilton Head Island! Email and call for more information, or to ask about last minute deals. We will try to accommodate your check-in and departure times, and help with your stay however we can!
(Please note: Smokers are not allowed. Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis for a non-refundable fee of $25, with the agreement that no pets are allowed on the furniture. Deposit payments are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your check-in date. Should your plans change after 60 days, we will help you to reschedule your stay on the next available dates that are convenient to you, or refund half of your payment.)

We fell in love with HHI and St. Andrew's the first time we visited the island. St. Andrew's is conveniently located to just about everything on the Island and is beautifully landscaped. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Hopping on a rental bike first thing in the morning and heading to the beach to breathe in the frest ocean air, then coming back to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio.

We love to travel, have lived abroad in Ukraine and visited many places including St. Petersburg, Russia - Vienna, Austra - the British Virgin Islands - Scotland & Ireland. Born in Maine, we both love the warmer waters off the South Carolina coast, and enjoy every trip to Hilton Head, ourselves.
