  13 family members in one beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful stay, plenty of room for all of us. Our 3rd stay at Black Bear Falls, 2nd time using Jackson Mountain Homes, they are awesome to work with very willing to help with our needs. We will be back. (As posted on Flip Key)

  Great view from 4 bedrooms and plenty of accessible parking. Just a few minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Also 1 thing I look for in any property are comfortable beds. This home had very comfortable beds. We have been bringing our kids and grandkids to the area every December for the last 11 years. We now have a property we will rent each year.   This was the first time I have booked thru Jackson Mountain Homes. When I called to reserve this chalet, I was treated as if I was a personal friend. We laughed and carried on as if we knew each other forever! Received the same treatment when we checked in! The directions we were given to our chalet were spot on! No difficulties getting there at all. Once inside the chalet, all 10 of us were very impressed with it. Not only did it meet our criteria (which I had researched before booking it) it exceeded it! The quality, comfort, amenities, and mountain views of this chalet were top notch! We've all decided that we want to come back to this chalet. That's saying a lot considering that in the 20+ yrs that we have been coming to the Smokys, we have never stayed in the same chalet twice! The best thing ever about this chalet was the bear that visited us on our last night there!!! Can't wait to return next year! Thanks for a great visit to the Smoky Mountains! (As posted on Flip Key)

  This cabin was perfect for our family! Very clean,well decorated, and supplied with your daily items.It was a total of 11 people. We all enjoyed the space of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, and game room. There were two children, and they loved it. The mountain view was amazing. Loved the courtesy call that the office gives the next morning of your arrival. Maintenance came very quickly when needed to demonstrate the use of several remotes for the tv. Once again, Jackson Mountain Homes has satisfied a relaxing getaway. (As posted on Flip Key)

  My family and I decided to take a family trip this year to a place we went to several times as children. We typically do some type of caribean trip but decided to go the mountains as our father was going with us this year. We had a wonderful trip and definately would do it again. The Majestic Point Lodge is a beautiful spacious home which accomadated all 13 of us with no problem. (As posted on Flip Key)

  I made the reservation and then spoke with Michelle at JMH regarding the cabin and location. She was very helpful and the cabin is in the area we wanted to be in. The cabin itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay as we always do. There were eight of us so we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks early morning and late evenings. We watched the July 4th fireworks from the balcony which was nice. I liked that each bedroom had their own bath with it and there was a separate bathroom on the main level. We look forward to another stay with JMH (As posted on Flip Key)

  Spent a Thursday thru Sunday for family gathering / spring break for young kids. Excellent floor plan. Clean. Comfortable beds. We all had a great time. Make sure you are in good shape if you decide to walk from the house down to the entrance...the trek back up is daunting. Great views. Had trouble getting all the Tv's to work since they each had so many remotes, but someone came out immediately and instructed us on the proper use. Will stay again. (As posted on Flip Key)

  We had the most wonderful time ever, there was so much room. The children and adults had their seprate space whendesired or altogether when desired. Abig enough table to all be together at meal time and the view was out of this world. I can't say enough about Magestic Point. We have stayed with Jackson Mt Realtors for the most of our stays in the Smokies and have never had an issue with them, they are the greatest. (As posted on Flip Key)
