The WhipSpray/RockSpray Estate is located on opposite ends of 7 lots of waterfront property. Between each villa is 5 lots of undeveloped natural beauty. To make this a vacation destination of a lifetime the entire estate is facing the Chalk Sound Sanctuary. This is a protected body of water, with no motorized boating allowed, recently upgraded from National Park status you can see the most spectacular birds and other protected species local to the Turks & Caicos.
Every view is spectacular, in that you can look out over unbelievable turquoise waters to protected little cays. Both villas have been newly redecorated and renovated to ensure the latest in style, comfort and amenities.
The Villa Rockspray is situated far enough away to ensure your complete privacy. Completely blocked from view by local flora you are still secluded from the outside world Feel free to contact us for more information on this villa. A few steps off the deck take you to a private sandy beachfront where beach chairs, kayaks and other amenities are provided, walk into the calm waters. Or a few steps down from the deck and you are in swimming level turquoise waters.

My name is Charlotte, and if you are like me, a visit to the Turks & Caicos will have an effect on your lifestyle, your outlook and your sense of Beautiful By Nature. I want to share with you the most unique estate on the most unique island. I am active in the local community and want to help support this amazing environment. This villa blends into the local flora in a way that allows you to become lost in your own private oasis. I am truly sharing my home and my dream with you.
Why the Owner Chose Chalk Sound
Over looking Chalk Sound Sanctuary gives you the most splendid views. Also this area is very protected when bad weather chooses to appear. The semi shallow waters are broken up with multiple undeveloped cays, so no waves really grow, which of course allows for the most spectacular wildlife to flourish. With no motorized vehicles allows in the Sound you can swim with confidence, and of course spectacular sunsets are assured. This location is secluded enough from the nightlife of Grace Bay that you can feel very secure in your home, close enough to the airport but far enough away from local businesses we have the comforts of all island life can offer but the seclusion that ensures a peaceful holiday.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
First and foremost is the landscaping takes priority. The villa has a lovely cottage feeling, it has been newly refurbished. Rockspray Villa features Brazilian wood kitchen cabinets with wooden counter tops, open plan sitting, kitchen dining and living room.
Dine elegantly either indoors amidst antiques and oriental carpets or in the casual atmosphere of one of the many outside decks. Our Turks & Caicos Villa Rental contains two king size en suite bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the turquoise water.

It is hard to imagine a more perfect setting than here at Rockspray! From the first magnificent sunrise to watching the full moon rise from the Palm trees at Baci restaurant on our last night, we have had a wonderful week-long escape.
