Cozy, 3 Bedroom, 1 bath home located a few steps form Kids Corner Park, 1 ½ blocks to Lake Michigan with view of lake from front of home. Take a horse drawn carriage ride from Phoenix and Center to the home or enjoy a sunset from the front yard.
This cozy 1100 Sq. Ft. house was built in 1878 features one bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, one bedroom up stairs with bunk beds, one bedroom downstairs with a double bed. One twin roll-away and one pack-n-play crib bed also included. Living room includes, ceiling fan, television, Satellite with DVR, DVD, VCR, iPod player, and games. House has front porch sitting room with electric fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen, and full size washer and dryer. Two window A/C units: one up stairs and one down stairs keeps the whole house comfortable.
Deck off rear of home with 15'x30' secured pool so your kids are safe. Linens and bathroom towels provided.
Home rents Saturday to Saturday - weekly rentals only.
Our family enjoys this house on a regular basis and has brought our family wonderful memories, we hope it does the same for yours.

This house is in a GREAT spot. It's so close to the kids' park (1 block) and the beach (2/12 blocks or so) that even my 2 year old was able to walk it comfortably multiple times a day. The pool is awesome. The water was 86 degrees the whole time we were there, even though the nights started to cool off quite a bit. With the pool and the proximity to the beach and park, this house is ideal for people with young kids who don't want to stay at just the beach all day. The master bedroom is huge, but the other two bedrooms were pretty small. That being said we were still able to set up a pack and play in each of the bedrooms. The house was in good shape for a rental and had all the appliances and such that we needed having 2 young kids. There were even some toys and puzzles that my 2 year old loved, some sippy cups and small bowls and utensils, as well as some movies for older kids. The 2 air conditioners were able to keep the place cool and comfortable even though it was in the upper 80's outside. All in all we had a great vacation. I couldn't have picked a better house to stay in for the money and we would definitely rent there again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

June $1850/Week (POOL OPEN) July, August, September $2200/week (POOL OPEN) OFF SEASON $900/week (POOL CLOSED) $450 Security deposit and 50% of rental required to hold reservation. Full amount due 60 days before check in date. Rates do not inclue 6% sales tax. No cleaning fee.

About the owner: We have been vacationing in South Haven each Summer since 1996. We have rented many homes and condos over the years and always wanted a place for our family to retreat to for the Summer that was quiet, neat, and comfortable.
