Don’t be fooled by the rustic appearance! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this getaway is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home! The custom wildlife décor and casual furnishings provide comfort and tranquility for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom yields a breathtaking lake view from its ceiling to floor windows and consists of a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed and an adjacent full bathroom just steps away in the hallway. The third bedroom upstairs in a spacious loft is a family favorite with a set of twin beds, a sitting area, and room to set up a rollaway bed. A sleeping balcony with another twin bed is also available. The two-story vaulted great room, kitchen, and dining combination opens to a screen porch by way of three sets of full glass French doors making this vacation home perfect for family and friend gatherings. The flat screen TV can be enjoyed while using satellite reception or a selection from the video library. Many games, books, and a stereo can also be enjoyed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, a microwave, a dishwasher, an icemaker, Kitchen Aid mixer, dishes, and every gadget imaginable for the “pampered chef”.
The outdoors comes with its own beneficial amenities for the water sports fanatic. Bring the boat for skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. A boat is not necessary for successful fishing; a nice “mess” of catfish, crappie (white perch), and bass can be caught from the dock. A gas grill on the patio makes a cookout a must for a fun filled day on the lake.
If this retreat is not enough, many attractions and activities can be found along the Antebellum Trail in historic Milledgeville and Eatonton. Museums, lush arboretums, challenging golf courses, fine restaurants, movie theaters, and a wide variety of shopping venues are among the choices.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful lake house. The house had everything we needed - comfy beds, a great kitchen, beautiful lake views, a gazebo with a swing over the water, a new dock and a great screened porch. Our dogs were able to come with us, which made everyone happy! The owners were easy to work with and answered all my questions. We are hoping to to go back soon!Did you find this review helpful? Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The information and pictures were very accurate. Very peaceful setting - you can enjoy the sun at the dock or enjoy the breeze on the screened porch. We ate every meal out on the screened porch. The cabin had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. The owners were very helpful, easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Rented a boat one day and enjoyed seeing all of the lake. Went to Crooked Creek with friends and enjoyed a beautiful night-time boat ride. Wonderful getaway with the family!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: Marietta, Georgia is permanent residence for the Poland’s. Kenny is a manager for AT&T and tends to his vegetable garden when he is not at the lake fishing. A passion for her dogs and horses, and teaching nursing students occupy Janet’s time when she is not enjoying the lake.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Sinclair:
As high school sweethearts growing up in Macon, Georgia, Kenny and Janet were blessed to be able to spend their summers at Lake Sinclair. In celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary and as empty nesters, they invested in a lake home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The cabin has proven to be ideal for family and friend gatherings as well a quiet, peaceful retreat for rest and relaxation.
