Marina Place Condos are located on Lake Dillon right in the heart of Summit County. Our lake front condo is easily accessible, approx. 70 miles west of Denver, off I-70. It is the first exit right after the Eisenhower Tunnel. Our condo overlooks beautiful Lake Dillon. The lake is 22 miles in diameter, approx. 200 ft deep and is the main water supply for the city of Denver. It is surrounded by bike paths and walking trails. It is the largest and highest lake in the contential U.S. and the views of the mountain are breathtaking. Dillon Marina is host to some of the largest sailing regattas in the world during the months of July and August.. This property is centrally located to all of the main ski areas (i.e. Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, and Vail), and makes it easy for you to explore other towns like Frisco and Breckenridge. Grand Junction , Aspen and Steamboat are between one and a half to two hours away.
The unit has recently been refurbished and is on the second floor. There is covered parking located directly under the condo. It is appointed with stainless steel appliances and beautiful furnishings. From the balcony there are amazing views of Keystone mountain, the lake and the surrounding peaks of the mountain range.The 42 inch flat screen T.V. in the living room is sure to be a hit with the men. It is steps away from the marina and tiki bar, two of the hottest areas to be in the summer.Pug Ryan's Lakeside Tiki Bar is listed in the TOP TEN "Drinks with a view" in SUNSET LIVING IN THE WEST magazine. Rent a motor boat for the day and explore the lake or take the ferry over to the town of Frisco.

During the summer enjoy free concerts at the outdoor amphitheater, play with your childern at the new playground area or explore the local talent and cuisine at our farmers market held every weekend right outside your door. Close hiking trails nearby like Mohawk Lake, Herman's Gulch, and Lilly Pond are sure to test your endurance and liven your spirit. You will be surrounded by miles of picturesque hiking, biking, and white water rafting so the choices for adventure are endless. Free public transit is provided by the county so relax and leave the driving to them. .
