  We just had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described. The unit was within walking distance of the wonderful pool area and was close enough to all amenities. The owners made the transaction very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this unit to our friends and family.

  Our party of seven (my wife and me, our two daughters, son-in-law, and two young grandsons) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhouse while we were visiting Disney. It was about a 15-minute drive to Disney, close enough to go over in the morning, take a break later to come back and rest at the townhouse, and then go back over to Disney later in the afternoon. The beautiful townhouse was so perfectly situated for our party with the nice bedroom downstairs (my wife and I claimed that one, with no stairs to climb) and the others distributed among the other three bedroom upstairs. It's appearance was exactly as pictured in the photos. Our family especially appreciated the nice entertainment facilities at the clubhouse with the swimming and lazy river. The location is near to eating places, a CVS pharmacy, gas stations, and a Walmart not far away. We would definitely recommend this place, and we do look forward to returning some time in the future. The email correspondence with the owner as I was making the arrangements to rent was very smooth and friendly. The owners were pleasant to work with. We have already told many of our friends about this place and given them our strong recommendation.

  Great stay. Very reasonable price. Owners were very easy to work with. Kids loved the pool and lazy river. We have been to Orlando several times this condo was great value, great size and great location. Condo was very roomy for the 7 of us, but would also book this property for my family of 3.

  Our family really enjoyed our stay at your townhome. The kids loved the pool and waterslide at the resort. The townhome was exactly as pictured on the website, so we knew what to expect. The property was about a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks and was located right next to a Publix, which came in handy as well. The unit was clean and comfortable.

  We enjoyed our visit to the Orlando area and the property was in great condition. We encountered no difficulties with service and the resort pool was perfect for relaxation and fun for the kids. We highly recommend this property to other families looking for a place to stay in the Orlando area.

  Our family had a wonderful stay at your townhome. The owners were easy to work with and answered all of our questions. The townhome was located close to the waterpark/pool area and also easy driving distance to all of the theme parks. We found the home to be clean, well appointed, and had plenty of room for our family. This is an excellent alternative to staying in those stuffy, expensive hotel rooms and we really enjoyed having a kitchen for our meals and preparing snacks for the parks. There are several restaurants/grocery store/CVS within a 2-minute drive of the townhome. A car is a must and go to the CVS to purchase tubes for the waterpark as they are costly onsite.

  This is a nice clean townhouse with the main floor having been renovated. The pictures on the website depict the townhouse perfectly. Regal Palms is a nice option as opposed to staying on site (Disney). We did however experience cockroaches in the unit. The owners were as helpful as possible to resolve the issue. However the unit is not managed by the resort but rather an independant management company. It took 4 days before pest control ever entered the unit. Needless to say this put a damper on our stay there.

  Owner response: I'm very sad about this review, because I have done everything to solve the problem for our appreciated guests. The management company who manage our unit reacted with the same, but the terminators affiliated to the resort didn't work on Sundays and Monday they couldn't get access to our unit. From the door lock monotoring I can see that the termination took place Tuesday morning and approximately 2½ day from I got the claim. I'm sorry about the experience the guest had but what they describe is not the complete truth. Beside that I have offered a compensation to the guest. They accepted but never returned. As I see it the reason why the guest are disapointed is rooted in the termination agreement with the resort in the first place and second that the terminators didn't got access because no one was at home. I hope of cause this review will be deleted. As you can read the guest was satisfied with my effort. Our moto is: We are only happy when our guests are happy.   That was our second stay at regal palms and another wonderful experience there. Our family of 7 (3 adults, 4 children) spent 8 beautiful nights there. We rented this 4 bedroom condo directly through the owner. The price was reasonable. The house was clean and neat and properly stocked. Everything was exactly as the owner described with 5 LCD TVs ( 55" in the living room, 32" in the King bedroom & Queen Bedroom, and 27" in the two twin bedrooom. I had some issues with the mattress in the king bedroom, I emailed the owner directly about it and within less than 8 hours a new mattress was provided. I commend Mr. Jan and his wife for being a very good responsible owner who cares deeply about the wellbeing of their guest. Also the check in/out process was excellent. Regal Palms staff was very courteous.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  The villa is very clean and nicely decorated. It is only a short walk to the clubhouse and pool area. Regal Palms is about a 20-minute drive to the parks, yet far enough away from the overcrowded touristy hotels. The nearby grocery store/small strip mall came in handy. Note: the pool sells rafts for the lazy river at ~ $8 each. You can purchase the same rafts at a fraction of the price up the road at CVS or Publix. The owners are very courteous and cordial folks. I would recommend this villa to those families looking for a nice, relaxing break from Orlando's theme parks.

  We stayed at this Town Home over the Thanksgiving Holiday and had a wonderful time. Everything is as shown in the pictures and the house is clean and well taken care of. We all had a great time at the pool and waterslide. The grocery store, pizza place and ice cream place were so close that you could easily walk to them. We got up early on Black Friday and did lots of shopping and we had no problem getting to all the popular stores and malls. When we went to Disney World it took us about 20 minutes and the traffic always seemed to be worse in the other direction. There were 5 of us but we could have easily had 2 or 3 more people with us and still had plenty of room. The owner’s friend who we dealt with was just wonderful and helpful in all aspects of our arrangements. We would highly recommend this to any family or group as a perfect retreat and so much better than a hotel
