  I don't have words to describe all the things that Morgan and Mike offer us. They are wonderful, nice people, very patient, all the good and wonderful words for them. Talking about the apartment amazing, A+. I was surprised when I got there. It has everything from towels, sandals, chairs,coolers, surf boards. I forgot my toothbrush and I found new ones in the goody bags that they give us as a gift. We had a wonderful time there. My kids love it. They even ask me if we are coming back next year and we definitely will rent the house again for our next year vacation. Thank you very much Morgan and Mike to make our vacation incredible. You made us feel like it was our own house.

  Morgan and Mike were great to rent from. I was in touch with Morgan several times over the months before we arrived and also while we were there. The only thing you'll need to pack when staying with them is clothing! It was like renting from friends who thought about what they would like on their own vacation, and then made sure you had it all there when you arrived. Everything you could possibly need for the kitchen and baths was there - with back stock - so you'll never run out! EVERYTHING for the beach was there - from towels to coolers, chairs, carts, umbrellas, shovels, pails, boogie boards, skim boards - you name it - all there! The appearance of the place is actually much cuter than the current photos show - brite and sunny, lovely granite kitchen, comfy leather loungers, fabulous king bed and mini fridge in the master and attractive decor throughout. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, sheets and towels - anything you could need. In fact, the two other families we vacationed with who stayed in near by condos both said they liked our place (and our landlords) better! The walk to the beach was well under 10 minutes and a very quick drive with free parking at the Embassy Suites, where you could swim in the pool, eat, drink & dance, or just access the BEAUTIFUL beach. It was a great family vacation for our 2 teenagers and us - highly recommended!

  We had a wonderful vacation in MB thanks to Mike and Morgan. They were so helpful right from the beginning. Morgan sent us tons of information to help us plan our vacation, she gave me references to call to make me feel more at ease as we were coming from Canada. Morgan was great at keeping in contact via e-mail if we had any questions. We also received our deposit back as soon as we arrived home. The condo itself was wonderful! Clean, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for our family of 5, and exactly how it was described to us.The owners have thought of everything...beach towels, chairs, beach toys and don't worry if you forget something as there were welcome baskets that had things you might have forgotten or need.... you really only need to bring your clothes. The resort is beautiful! Much more than we ever expected. It's only a short walk to the beach and the pier. The pool was great, not sure if it was the time of year that we were there, but we were usually the only ones at the pool, it was never crowded. We did take a walk down to the Embassy pool and it does tend to get crowded and people go out early to save chairs. There is so much to do around the area, I only wish we had planned our time a little better. We would definately go back to this condo again. We have rented quite a few different places over the years and I have to say this was our best overall experience.

  This condo is the greatest place we have ever stayed. This was our second time there and the owners couldn't have been more excellent in every thing they do for you before and during your stay. They just make sure that you have every thing you need and then provide things that you didn't even know you needed. Dealing with Mike and Morgan is just a very pleasant experience. We love the beach and the community there. Everything you want to do is right there at your door. We would definitely recommend you stay there.

  I was in amazement when we arrrived in Myrtle Beach. Being the first time this 53 year old woman had ever been to a beach, I don't know which was more amazing, the beach or the townhouse. Morgan had everything we needed and more. She had bubblebath, toothbrushes, hats, towels, lotions, notepads, coupons, drinks, etc. All we actually needed to bring was our clothes! The only problem we had was the AC stopped, but Morgan and Mike immediately took care of it!! They both kept calling and checking on us, making sure everything was okay! My only regret is that I never got to meet Morgan and Mike! Maybe next time!!

  We had a wonderful stay. The property was well maintained and clean. The owners were very helpful prior to and during our stay. Traveling with a small child was a breeze with the help of these owners. We arrived with toys, beach stuff, sunscreen, snacks and even toiletries present. When staying here, just pack your clothes swimsuit and Go. Towels and linens.....all inclusive. Close to all shopping. Hope to go back soon and thanks again for your Hospitality.

  WE HAD AN ABSOLUTELY WONDER TIME AT KINGSTON PLANTATION. MIKE AND MORGAN WENT OUR OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE OUR STAY VERY COMFORTABLE. THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND VERY WELCOMING. THIS BY FAR HAS BEEN OUR BEST VACATION AT MYRTLE BEACH. WE LOVED THE FACT THAT WE HAD ACCESS TO THE POOLS AND BEACHES BUT STILL HAD THE NICE QUITE COMFORT OF THE CONDO TO COME BACK TO. OUR FAMILY LOVED THIS CONDO. WE HAVE DECIDED THAT AS LONG AS MIKE AND MORGAN RENT, WE WILL NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACATION RENTAL.

  My family and I stayed here 4th of July week and loved every moment. The owner's hospitality was unbelievable. They leave toys, beach towels, sunscreen, etc. making packing a whole lot easier. The rates were great, a lot lower than other condos the same size. We would definitely rent this condo again.

  My family and I stayed here last week and enjoyed every moment. The owner's are so thoughtful and leave toys, beach towels, sunscreen and treats for the kids while you are there. It was so easy to just pack up our clothes and head there without having to pack all the beach gear! We spent a week with our 3 sons age 17, 10 and 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The shuttle service is free and provided by the hotel, they come and pick you up at your front door and take you wherever you want to go within the complex (the beach, water park, pier, even to Walmart!) The house was SO clean and decorated adorably. The rates were so much more reasonable than all the other villas that size. We were so happy about our trip that we are already planning our next one to stay there. You won't go wrong if you pick this beautiful villa!!

  We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The owners were more than helpful. Beach towels, toys, umbrella and chairs were provided making vacation packing easier on us. Plenty of room to sleep everyone in our party - 4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 infant, 1 five year old and 1 nine year old! The hospitality was wonderful. We even called the owners while there to see about recommending a good seafood place to eat at! We would definitely rent this condo again.
