This beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath home, is the perfect Desert Retreat. Located on the Coldwater Springs Golf Course, it is the picture of tranquility. The sparkling heated pool and private hot tub are the perfect retreat after a day full of golfing, shopping and dining in the neighboring area.
Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary essentials. Top of the line appliances and cookware make eating in a treat. Sip cocktails on the covered patio while enjoying views of the golf course.
This single-level home-away-from home comes complete with large screen TV with cable and DVD player. The spacious Master bedroom has a private television, as well. Our home features all the conveniences you'd wish for including a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, comfortable dining area and cozy living space. There are even floaties available for the pool!
Gourmet restaurants, sporting stadiums, museums and world-class shopping are only minutes away. Boating, water skiing and jet-skiing are only 1 hour away at Lake Placid. River Rafting down the Salt River is close by as well. You can also enjoy mountain climbing and horse back riding nearby.

Linda and Jack are very nice and will bend backwards in order to accomodate.Their home is very clean with top of the line appliances.At first glance, the house does not look big but once inside, it is quite spacious with a great layout.The back yard is incredible with the hot tub /pool combination overlooking number eleven of coldwater golf club.It is minutes from major highways and shopping.It is surrounded by good restaurants and sport venues.I would strongly recommend this superb location as we will surely return.It proved to be a fantastic place to relax and once again, a big thank you to the Glissons for opening this place for us to enjoy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.
