Unit 1203 is perfectly situated just steps from the beach and pools. Our unit has undergone a fabulous, complete remodel and boasts new tile throughout. Guests will enjoy the large, flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room. The well equipped kitchen has also been completely remodeled and has new cabinets, granite countertops, and all new appliances. A full size washer and dryer are included for your convenience. This unit comes complete with all the amenities you need to enjoy a meal together. Guests will also enjoy the balcony dining overlooking the gulf. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and DVD player. Both designer baths have new cabinets with cultured marble counter tops. The sleeper sofa in the living area will accommodate two additional guests. Guests also delight in having two bathrooms, one with a wall mounted hairdryer. Included in your stay is FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay, and FREE WI-FI. The front desk/concierge at Edgewater is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and offers convenient on site check in. 24 hour maintenance is always available.
Edgewater has a state of the art fitness center. Our fitness center also has a dry sauna that many of our guests enjoy.
**** For our snowbirds,The Edgewater Snowbird Club has daily activities as well as GOLF DISCOUNTS.**** Our staff plans many snowbird activities to keep our winter guests entertained. Guests enjoy our annual Mardi Gras Ball.
Our weekly guests enjoy a FREE $20 gift certificate to the Tiki Bar & Grill. Edgewater has two sparkling pools, one with a waterfall, as well as a heated spa and children's splash pool. A well-equipped children's playground as well as a basketball/shuffleboard court, and new gas grills at the picnic area are included on the property. There is even a professional putting green at Edgewater!
