Spring of 2010 we completed the most extensive remodel and refurnishing of any single-condo unit in the complex to date. If you are looking for the best the Queens Bay has to offer at very competitive rates, this is it.
The floor plan has been rearranged to create a larger living area and larger, more functional, bathrooms. Plus a much roomier and more efficient kitchen with custom cabinets and stainless appliances. The kitchen has a large island with seating for four people. Two multi-use areas allow additional eating areas for three more. The unit has granite counters throughout and slate tile on all floors. Master bath has dual sinks and a large walk-in slate shower - plus a walk-in closet. The guest bath comes with a large soaking tub/slate shower. We have created all of this, and more, while still maintaining two very comfortable full-sized bedrooms.
The living room has a 46' LCD TV with built-in surround system, Blu-Ray DVD, and subwoofer. Both bedrooms have 32' LCD TVs with built-in Blu-Ray DVD.
The living room also has leather furniture - full-size couch, loveseat, and swivel rocker. In total there are five built-in recliners.
For you longer stay guests we have a large full-size washer/dryer.

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo, and we are so glad that we did. The pictures just don't do the property justice. The property was recently remodeled, and it is completely custom, with all modern conveniences, and the property owners didn't overlook the attention to details with the technology, furniture, linens, and decor. What an amazing escape from daily living. The condo is centrally located in the middle of the Lake Havasu hot spots, including the London Bridge, The Channel, and all the restaurants and shops you could possibly need on your vacation. There is a gym / fitness club near by, as well. We were able to walk and enjoy many of Havasu's offerings right from the condo. There are several walking trails and Rotary Park near by, which was another sight to see! We enjoyed the view from the condo, especially at night! The expansive pool and dual hot tubs with a view were amazing. Cleanliness is very important to me and my husband, and this place was spotless. Quality and service are what I value and I will definitely re-visit this condo in the future, do to the overall quality of the property and the excellent service that we were given by the property owners. About the owner: We are Gregg and Debbie. We live full-time in Lake Havasu and stayed at the Queens Bay Condos for many years prior to relocating Lake Havasu.
