This lovely, beach side 2-story condo is literally *steps* to both the ocean and the quaint downtown area of Wrightsville Beach providing our travelers with everything they could need for a memorable vacation!
Newly renovated in 2008 with an open, family-friendly living area, you can prepare your gourmet meal in our kitchen complete with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, full size refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, full-size range/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots/pans, a full-array of utensils and dinnerware, coffeemaker and blender.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the ocean from the large picture window in our breakfast nook, or watch a colorful sunset from 1 of 2 spacious balconies
If you prefer to be waited-on, downtown Wrightsville Beach is a mere 100 steps away (1 block), where you will find an eclectic array of restaurants, bars, grocery store and shops suitable for every traveler.
And, let's not forget about the beach! Only one property back from the beach (40 steps), enjoy Wrightsville Beach's blue water and white sand. Lounge quietly at your leisure or contact one of several water sport companies renting everything from kayaks to surfboards to parasailing. At the end of the day, you can wash off the sand and surf in the outdoor shower and foot wash located on the lower level of the condo.
Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, this townhouse-style condo is the right side of a duplex and consists of 3 Bedrooms (2 twin beds, 2 queen beds and 1 king bed), each bedroom with their own full bath.
The condo also provides our guests with a 36' Flat screen TV in the Den complete with cable and DVD player, 2 large balconies with fabulous beach and ocean views, wood-burning fireplace, cable TV in every bedroom, central heat and a/c, 3 tile bathrooms (1 with stand-up shower, 2 with tub/shower combo), full-size washer and dryer, clothing iron, a highchair for a child, and Wi-Fi internet service. Weekly rentals from Friday to Friday, nightly rentals available during non-summer dates.

This place was perfect for our family. You are literally steps from the beach and from several restaurants, shops, etc. We would set up our stuff on the beach in the morning, and could come and go from the house for food, drinks, naps, sunscreen, etc. I totally underestimated the convenience of the close location, even above houses just a block or two from the beach. The house gives you all the flexibility you want. We ate most lunches at the house, ate out most nights but even had one nice dinner at home with plenty of space and cookware/utensils to do so. We brought toys, fishing gear, chairs, etc. and could bring them to the beach when we wanted and then keep them under the house when we weren't using them. You get the logistical benefit of being on the water without the expense. The only thing to consider when looking at this house is whether or not you want to be on Wrightsville Beach. It's pretty busy, but mostly houses/duplexes versus large condo's and hotels so not too busy.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We are now a family of 6 adults and stay at Wrightsville Beach every year. This has such a great location to beach, grocery and dining. If you enjoy relaxing at the beach with a good book, or taking an early morning run or walk, or watching the boats on the sound, this is the best of everything. Once you get your groceries there is no need to get back in the car until you are ready to go home. Literally just steps from the beach, it was much closer than the oceanfront property we had been staying at the last 6 years. With 3 baths, full laundry, well equipped kitchen and this beautifully decorated home, we had the best of everything!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time. The house was great. Loved that it was only steps to the beach and centrally located to all the Wrightsville has to offer.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
