ENTIRE unit has been totally renovated and redecorated this year. Enjoy your morning coffee from the family room or tiled terrace (complete with outdoor grill).
Tastefully furnished with upscale decor professionally executed - very comfortable and convenient. Our Condo sleeps four people very easily.

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend this month (04/2011) and it is fantastic. The owner and leasing agent are both superb and were very accommodating. The unit is beautifully appointed and the location cannot be beat! We were very, very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend this rental to anyone.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My wife, 2 children and I had a great time at Beaver Creek. Part of the reason we had such a great time was because of this condo. It was a SHORT walk for us to take our kids to the ski school. The location was so close my wife and I ended up eating all our lunches in the condo. It was a lot more comfortable and enjoyable than eating on the mountain. The condo was very suitable for the 4 of us - even with all our extra winter clothes :) We also enjoyed using the condo's ski locker and underground parking. The condo did not have a hot tub or pool BUT we used the Avon Rec. Center pool. Avon Rec Center was AWESOME for the kids (lap pool, play/wading area, large slide, diving area, lazy river, etc... - a lot better than a condo pool/hot tub!!! We would recommend this condo to ANYONE who is traveling with 4 or less people (max. occupancy is 4 people). The location does not get better than this if you have kids attending ski school!!! The owner and property manager was very helpful prior to, during and after our trip. Very friendly, helpful and accomodating VRBO transaction!!! THANKS ! ! !

Great stay in this very comfortalbe condo, No detail missed. Stayed both winter and summer and it really is beutiful.Very private yet in heart of Beaver Creek Village. Most hassel free resort and condo we've ever stayed. If avalable we will vacation agao here. Highly reccomended!

We now offer our like new Beaver Creek Condo/Home for rental use. Our Condo/Home is only 4 years old and the last building to be built in The Village of Beaver Creek. We know anyone who chooses to stay with us will fully enjoy their time in the mountains and we will do all we can to make sure this happens.(We want you happy so you will return). With our Mt.Home you are situated right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village an easy walk to the escalators to the main lift or bring your skis to the elevator down to the snow level rear of the building and ski to the lift.The Vilar Center for the Arts and Year Round Ice Rink are at the base of Market Square Building along with numerous Art Galleries, several gourmet resturants and casual dining/pub establishments, the best Mens and Womens clothiers, wine, jewerly and even convenience stores are available all within 50 yards with a press of the elevator button. ABSOLUTE CONVENIENCE SUPURB! BOOK EARLY TO GET YOUR DATES AS WE ARE FILLING UP. THANK YOU!
