Superbly situated, 20 minutes north of Dublin Airport, in a private gated collection of seven luxurious 300 year-old thatched cottages with private access to a safe sandy six mile long beach, Little Orchard is an ideal haven for a holiday, short break or the ideal place to switch off during a demanding business trip.

This charming cottage has been totally refurbished to a very high standard and extended to provide luxurious accommodation for five adults. The open plan lounge has a vaulted oak beamed ceiling and solid oak flooring, a feature fireplace with a gas fired stove and bay window with wonderful garden and sea views. The fully fitted farmhouse style pine kitchen has an integrated electric oven and hob together with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast bar. In addition to the lounge this cottage also has a separate dining area and a cozy library/reading area.

Little Orchard is furnished with traditional Irish pine furniture throughout The cottage has three bedrooms, one double en-suite, one double en-suite with sea view and one single also with a sea view. Each luxury bathroom has a large walk in power shower, separate full size bath, fitted hairdryer, under floor heating, and heated towel rails. The entrance lobby has a separate cloakroom and water closet.. The full gas fired central heating and double-glazing throughout the cottage provides comfortable year round accommodation.

  • Hi Roger and Liz We felt we had to write to tell you how much we enjoyed our week at The Cottages. Everything was superb, the accomodation, the setting, the golf, everything was perfect, as well as your marvellous hospitality...what a magnificent advert for Ireland. Certainly the guests we spoke to from the USA couldn't believe their luck. What a lovely couple.     Hello Liz & Roger: We have been so busy since we left Ireland. Had friends from England and Ohio visiting. Going to Williamsburg next week. Our weather has been beautiful today.
