This spacious 1400 sq ft in SUNRISE BEACH RESORT (ONE OF THE NICEST AND MOST UPSCALE RESORTS ON THE BEACH) is ultra modern with 9' ceilings and professionally decorated furnishings. Located on FRONT BEACH ROAD near Sharky's beach bar and one mile east of fabulous shopping & entertainment Mecca of PIER PARK, all parking under building, 4 high speed elevators, fabulous 5th floor pool deck, which includes 2 lagoon pools, 2 hot tubs, kids mushroom spray water play area, and fully equipped exercise gym with over 20 cardio & weight machines & 4 LCD TV's.
The master bedroom is so huge there is room for 2 queen beds, TV, 2 huge closets, with double bowl master bath with whirlpool oversized tub and shower. The master bedroom faces the ocean with balcony access thru a floor to ceiling glass slider.
The second bedroom is spacious and has a king bed, TV, large closet with bath directly across from the entry door.
The third bedroom is the smallest BR with queen bed, TV, chest/drawers and is next to the 2nd bathroom.
The balcony is large and has table/4 swivel chairs, and two chase lounges to lay down and relax. The view from the 24th floor is incredible with views of the ocean, dolphins & stingrays, and beautiful sunsets (BRING YOUR BINOCULARS)
The kitchen has beautiful maple cabinets with granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen with ice thru the door ref, microwave, smooth top range, DW, raised bar top with 4 bar stools. The dining area off the kitchen has a 48' table with 4 chairs.
The living room has a luxurious Italian leather sectional couch with 2 recliners and a pull out queen bed in sofa section, 36' TV, CD stereo, and a large CD movie library.
There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen with full sized washer & dryer, ironing board & iron.

Thanks Warner for another great stay. We have stayed in both your 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom several times, which are ALL very nice. We enjoy renting from you because you always make it very pleasant. We like how you always let us do a early check in when available too:) Our last stay at Sunrise we took another family with us which made it a total of 9 and there was plenty of room!! There are great eating and shopping places close by which is a plus too. We are planning another trip down in September. We had 2 families stay here for a week. There was 9 people total. This place was great. It was very comfortable and had EVERYTHING you could possibly think you might need or even want for that matter. I have never stayed at a place where the kitchen was so fully stocked. It had more utensils, dishes and pans than I have in my own kitchen at home. The unit comes with everything you would need for the beach also. All you have to bring is yourself and clothes. Thank you so much for sharing your second home with us. We will definitely be back. Hopefully sooner rather than later:-)Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
