  As you know I was very skeptical in regards to renting your home online due to all the scams one hears about. With your reassurance and response to all my questions I proceeded to rent your home and prayed I was not being scammed for our family trip to Disney. I was so relieved when arriving at the address of your home that there was a house there! Not only did your website show exactly how wonderful your home was, it exceeded my expectations. The bedrooms were spacious, the living area large, the kitchen fully equipped and the pool/spa was great. Your home was our Magic Kingdom while staying in Florida. I would highly recommend your home to anyone and please feel free to use me as a reference. Thank you for making our family trip to Disney so wonderful.

  My family and I just rented this beautiful home for our stay in Florida for the first two weeks of June this year. It was absolutely fantastic. Very, very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to "spread out" and TV's in every bedroom!! The game room was terrific when it rained, and the kids' bedrooms were even decked out with a closet full of toys and a ton of Disney movies. I would highly recommend staying here, and would do so again if we ever make it back to Florida. Cheers, Karen, and thank you for a very memorable experience!

  I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to Karen for making our trip to Disney World and Sea World a very enjoyable time. We stayed at the Donald House March 25 - 31, 2012. My wife and I decided to take our family with us on the trip. My youngest son is getting ready to graduate college and become an Army Officer and my oldest son just got married the day before into a ready made family of 5. We knew it would be the last time we would all be together for awhile and we also wanted to give our newlywed son a honeymoon. The house was an gorgeous place. The five bedroom/four bathroom house gave us plenty of room to relax and spread out. The pool/patio/hottub made for a great relaxation area upon our return trip from the theme parks for 5 straight days. The house was just minutes away from Disney and very close to grocery stores or resturants. We ate in everynight just to relax. The work that Karen and her folks put into the place was fantastic. The theme rooms for the kids were a big hit. Everything was as described. Karen was great about keeping in contact as it got closer for our arrival date and any questions (email/phone) were quickly answered. Our deposit was promptly returned. I would highly recommend the Donald House or any other properties that Karen manages.

  My family and I just returned from our stay at your home in Florida. We absolutely loved it! The pictures on the website are gorgeous, but in person the place is even better. I can't say how impressed we were with how clean it was, which is extremely important to us. The decor and furnishings were beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious, and everybody having their own ensuite was such a treat. The pool was amazing, we spent so much time lazing around there. At night we had a lot of fun playing pool in the games room. As impressed as we were with the accommodations, we were equally impressed with how close it was to Walt Disney World. There is a back road close to this house which allowed us to avoid all of the busy traffic on the main roads and we were literally there in minutes. There is absolutely no location that is quicker to get to Disney than from this subdivision. It saved us so much time! We can't wait to return to the area, and when we do we will absolutely be contacting you to book this home again. Thank you for helping us have such a great experience! Mike Halifax, NS, Canada

  We just returned home from our stay in Orlando.. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The house has a great floor plan, is super clean, and the pool and all the other amenities are outstanding as well. We took in a lot of Disney this trip, and there is no better or closer place to stay when doing Disney than your home. We got to and from the theme parks fast and avoided any traffic. Already looking at returning next year, and I'll be sure to let you know the dates as soon as we figure them out. Thanks so much for providing us with a home that we absolutely loved and enjoyed immensely this past week. Mike

  We had a great stay in Kissimmee. The house was a perfect size for two families. At the end of three busy days at the parks, it was wonderful to come back to a very relaxing house. The pool was the highlight for our kids. We had a hard time getting them out of it. The Harry Potter paintings in the kids' room were great as well. The house was spacious and clean. The proximity to the theme parks and grocery stores made this house an ideal location. We'd definitely recommend it to others and would return on our next trip to Florida.

  To ten reasons to rent this home: 1. SO VERY CLEAN! 2. Great kitchen 3. Extremely close to Disney 4. Extremely close to 192 and any necessary shopping 5. Comfortable beds 6. Great layout for the house. Lots of space. 7. Great to have 4 bathrooms, everyone can get ready at the same time. 8. The kids (and the dads)...(and the moms)...and thekids, loved the games room. 9. Fooseball and playstation were great, especially the fishing game. 10. The pinball game was the best ever!!!!! We had a fantastic time at the house we had 10 people and it never felt crouded. It was the perfect place to come to after a long hot day at the parks.

  Donald and Daisy's den worked out perfectly for our family. We found everything to be as stated. The living area was spacious which worked very well for our 3 generation family stay. It was minutes from Disney, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. which was very convenient while on vacation. The kids loved the pool at the end of the day and the game room as well. If we go to the Orlando area again, I would certainly stay here. Kathy

  We had a wonderful experience staying at Pooh's honeypot house with our family for our Disney vacation. this is another house that the owner had available. the pool and spa were beautiful and the Mickey room was the hit with the two older kids. the location was perfect- only 4 miles from Disney! The kitchen was well stocked and there was a pack n play, high chair, stroller as well as a Play Station, big screen tvs, and a pool table. Karen was easy to work with and she let me stay for a late checkout as our flight was later in the day. i highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a perfect place to relax after a tiring trip to the park. thanks for sharing your home with us!

  Thank you for making your home available to our daughter and granddaughters -- and their new stepfather and stepbrothers! The new family of six had a great honeymoon trip and enjoyed all the comforts your house offered. I asked that they provide a comment: "Lovely home, beautifully decorated. Chock full of amenities. Great location...minutes from all of the theme parks and water parks, including downtown Disney. Convenient to shopping and amusements. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit the Orlando area."
