I have stayed at Bali Breeze a few times and every stay is great. This particular trip was a short get-away for just my husband and me. We arrived with the rain and left with the rain. But the great thing about staying here is there is so much to do with great restaurants (Roadhouse and the classic Mo’s), shopping (Christmas store and outlets) and always the beach. Rain or shine we love to visit Lincoln City but mostly Bali Breeze. The owners have done a fantastic job with decorating. We both agreed we could move right in if it were closer to work. The kitchen has everything we needed and all the beds are comfortable with en suite bathrooms (a major plus). The hot tub was awesome this trip because we sat out in the rain and enjoyed the quiet. Of course we will be back. Sooner than later, we hope!

A beautifully furnished and decorated home with lots of space to spread out and all the things you'd need where you'd expect to find them. Very clean with plenty of towels and linen, the beds super comfy too. The main living room is well-appointed with lots of seating and dining space. Whether you are a family or a group of friends - this is a great home away from home. The owners have thought it through to and paid attention to every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They were great to deal with and made sure our stay was a great experience. Wi-Fi and a great TV and sound system along with a secluded hot tub make this a very special place. The location is perfect, a park right opposite to keep the little ones occupied in a safe and easy to see area and just a short stroll and steps down to the beach. Nearby, within a short drive are good range of restaurants and stores if you have the need to spend some money. I'llcertainly come back again and would highly recommend that you stay at this property.

Also thank you for mentioning the good restaurants. I hope you were able to get to Blackfish Cafe. Best food on the coast-- and family-friendly. We hope you can visit again.

We loved every second at the Bali Breeze! It's very spacious, extremely well accommodated and beautifully decorated - it's paradise on the Oregon coast. With the hot tub, gourmet kitchen and tvs in each bedroom - we didn't want to leave. The over-sized dining table was ideal for crafts and games. This was the perfect place for our get-away.

This beach house is such a great place to spend time with family. The house has everything you would want in a vacation home, including all of the must-haves for kids and those who like to cook. We had a great time with just our immediate family, but it definitely would have worked to have another family along with us. We hope to be back in the future!

We loved the house! It was so clean and well maintained. It fit our needs well and was close to the beach and fun park across the street. If there were any cons, it would be that with 8 kids and 4 adults staying in the house, we wished there was access to a vacuum for day-to-day maintenance. The dryer also took painfully long to dry a simple load. Our experience was fabulous and we will be back for sure!!

We have stayed at Bali Breeze twice now. Both times, we have had a great time. The kids love the bunk room with the toys. Last time we came it was a little rainy, but the kids had a great time playing with all the toys upstairs. They loved it so much, they didn't want to leave! We enjoyed the kitchen and like the option to eat in if we want. We all love Humble Pie Pizzeria which is close by as well. We always take a trip to the outlet mall which is close by. Our favorite day trips are to Newport and the Sea Lion Caves. When we want to just hang out, we go down to the beach and do some beachcombing and come back to the house for a snack or meal. The home is clean and we love the decorations. The Foosball table was a hit as well. The on-site manager was always reachable and very helpful for any questions we had. We plan to stay again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Bali Breeze is a spacious, yet cozy, and beautifully appointed house, where the owner has anticipated and supplied almost everything needed for our comfort and convenience. On site, the game room (with Wii and Foosball) entertained 3 generations in our party, and the hot tub was perfect relaxation after (and before) busy days of playing. In addition to wonderful beach experiences, we enjoyed great hikes in the area. The Cascade Head Trail is nearby and beautiful; the Meares Head Lighthouse area (farther north) is another of many breathtaking walking spots. Good wine-tasting experiences are less than an hour away: three of the closest wineries (all charming and friendly) are Yamhill Valley, Kristin Hill, and Amity. A little farther up the highway, of course, great wineries are everywhere. The hiking and wine-tasting guidebooks provided at the house were valuable resources for us. We'll be back, with hiking boots in tow and palates primed for pinot!

This house was perfect for the kids- from the game room and the Wii to the beach toys- you really thought of everything! We spent our days exploring- we headed south to Florence for the Sea Lion Caves (such beautiful scenery along the way!) We explored the tide pools at Yaquina Head, headed north for icecream in Tillamook and to see the gorgeous Cape Meares, and we even went crabbing on Siletz Bay. We loved roaming the tidepools almost everyday. And we loved sitting in the hot tub before bed! We even roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and chatted with some very friendly neighbors. Thanks again- we will rave to all the Utah Folk about the Bali Breeze!

What a great stay! Everyone loved it--all 4 generations of us! We spent a lot of time on the beach with the grandkids picking up shells and walking in the ocean. Thank you so much for the backpack and stroller- we forgot to pack both! Our favorite end to each day was making s'mores at the fire pit and then a quick soak in the hot tub. Thank you again for opening your home to us.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay! The minus tide made for great conditions to explore the tide pools teeming with life. And the menus you've collected are great suggestions- we tried several. You have provided your guests with a lovely better-than-home-away-from-home.

Thank you for giving us a very cozy, fabulous home away from home. Our stay here has made us feel like one happy family. Sharing time and laughing together made us forget our usual stresses. We had a wonderful stay at Bali Breeze and can now recommend this beautiful place to family, friends, coworkers, relatives--whoever.

This was one of the best places that we have ever been to. It is close to amenities that you can think of. It is clean and in a new development. The kids loved the playground across the street. The beach is a short walk. There are places to go crabbing. And the Outlet for shopping is a 5 min. drive away.Its not too far from Newport which has a lot of attractions we went to, especially the aquarium. I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely go back.... Awesome experience....

All of us enjoyed many festive meals, excursions to the beach, shopping jaunts, hot tub relaxation, movie nights and scrap booking in between. Whew! Van't believe we squeezed that all in, but this house was so well thought out that we were able to make the most of our time together. We have one chance a year to get all the ladies together without husbands or kids and it is ideal to stay in a house that is truly a home. The only thing missing was the cabana boy! Oh well, there's always next time. :)

Thank you so much for letting us stay! The house is beautiful! We will Sooo be back! Hot tub was so relaxing and the park out front was so much fun. Sitting on the porch and watching the kids at the park is a great way to spend a day. We loved playing soccer out front as a family. Awesome.

We have had a wonderful stay. The décor is really stunning—upscale with great attention to detail that offers a real taste of the islands! While luxurious, the house is also extremely comfortable and welcoming. The thoughtful little touches make it very inviting. We made ourselves at home immediately – especially in the hot tub, which was our favorite spot (off of the beach). Pampering and relaxing after a long day. Even without kids- that game room is really fantastic! And the huge dining table doubled as a great spot for card games (and crafts). And we had a lot of fun cooking in the kitchen- we really found everything we needed. Thanks for a memorable stay—we will definitely be back for a LONGER stay next time

My family absolutely loved this beach house because of the extensive amenities built-in for families, and because it sits right in front of the park in the Olivia Beach community. It's close to the beach, it's right 'on' the park block, has great 'kid rooms' in the house and over the garage. There are loads of games and movies, a hot tub, and the tide pools are right at the bottom of the beach access staircase. You simply can't find a better place/location. We're coming back!

The Bali Breeze was a fabulous get away from the city. Every amenity was thought of in this house, with a well stocked kitchen, very nice linens and decor that was very comfortable and well thought out. We enjoyed the neighborhood park which is right out the front door and were able to roast marshmallows one night in the neighborhood fire pit. The kids room was great with games and books for the kids to use. We can't wait to stay another weekend!

We stayed for four days with our grandchildren and found this to be a home away from home with all the amenities we could want. The kids had a wonderful time in the backyard hot tub and at the park across the street. Having the beach two blocks away was also great for walks and playing in the sand. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the toys. The wii system provided some nice down time after busy days out. We enjoyed some local restaurants, but were also able to prepare some meals in this beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. This was our first trip to Lincoln City and there was much to do. We enjoyed the outlet mall and all the quaint local shops in town. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.
