This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and Sugar Beach. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and have already reserved for next year!! The whole Gulf Shores area is clean, beautiful and on the beach!! This condo was clean as a whistle, very convenient on the first floor, and wow, WHAT A VIEW FROM THE BALCONY!!!! We probably saw a hundred dolphin (some doing flips) in the mornings!! The best word that comes to mind to describe the condo is luxurious. Its even better than what the pictures show with the granite countertops, glass backsplash, double water nozzles in the master bath which included a rain nozzle in the ceiling. The chairs on the balcony were very comfortable and one of the BEST perks with this condo is the lounge chairs on the beach with a guy who puts your big umbrella wherever you want it! He makes sure no one else is using your lounge chairs and he sets them up and takes them down for you. I appreciated the security there. This condo is right over the pool which can get a little loud. However security closed the pool EVERY night at 11:00pm, so going to sleep was not a problem. OK, there is one thing we would do different if we owned the condo. BUT ONLY 1!! We like it very dark in our bedroom at home. We would put a blackout curtain in the master bedroom to make it darker. A lot of light from the pool gets into the room. Some people dont like it dark, some people do. It was NOT a problem though, We just had an extra rum and coke!!! I have not seen the other condos, but I have no doubt, this condo is second to none in this complex!

Loved the interior of the unit, especially the master bath. We have stayed at Sugar Beach for over 25 years now, and this was by far the nicest unit on the site. It was also great having the fresh seafood available right across the street. Keep our deposit, we will be back next year!

We loved this condo. This was the first time we had rented a vacation condo so we were worried about "investing" our vacation on something we had never seen or knew what we were getting into. The condo owners have made sure the condo is the best and were very honest and extremely easy to work with. We had not one glitch and had a magical, most memorable vacation. The condo is very comfortable and has everything needed with a fabulous ocean view. The big balacony overlooking the pools and beach is great for meals or relaxing and drinks and the kitchen open to the living room is for everyone with everything you need to cook. We ate all our meals except 2 at the condo and the dishwasher worked great so not much work. We really enjoyed having the washer and dryer to keep our swim suits and clothes going and there were plenty of bath towels for showers. The condo complex is very secure feeling, clean, family oriented and convenient to go places and parking. The walk down to the beach is very short and Thank you so much to the owners for renting the beach lounge chairs and umbrella which was the icing on the cake and we left our stuff on the beach instead of toting back and forth. The condo far exceeded our expectations and was just perfect for us.

Your condo was a perfect get away for our family....thank you! The condo was very clean, well-taken care of, and decorated so tastefully. I personally loved the kitchen, heated outdoor pool, and the rain shower! My parents and sister loved the beach chairs and umbrella service. We prepared a lot of meals in the kitchen and were thankful for all the supplies and accommodations. The extra blankets and pillows came in handy with our youngest daughter sleeping in a pack-n-play and my sister on the pull-out couch. The only minor things we could complain about were the poor cell phone reception inside the condo, slow wi-fi service, and cutting watermelon and canteloupe was tough with dull knives. Sugar Beach Condos are a very nice place for families to vacation; the 3 enclosed pools is a nice retreat from the beautiful beach and the snack shack is convenient. The other guests were so nice and welcoming. The condo location is a short drive to grocery stores...Publix and Walmart, to Bear Point marina for a dolphin cruise, to Pensacola for the Naval Aviator Musuem, and shopping at several stores for clothing and souvenirs. We can't wait to book it again!!

The view from the balcony itself is enough to make me want to come back very soon. However, the many amenities in the condo were above and beyond what I would expect. I have stayed at Sugar Beach for about 20 years and this has been my favorite! The beach chairs and umbrella included in stay was a great surprise! The info booklet that Amanda sent had some great tips for those that are not familiar with the area. This trip was for me and my 2 best friends, which one had never been to Orange Beach and the other had not been in a long time, and they were not disappointed any in the least! We may not do this every year, but a new tradition is certainly in the making. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!!

This unit is even better then the description and pictures and those are right on target. It is decorated so beautifully and is so comfortable.in every respect. The gulf view is right in front of you at all times and the sound of the surf is so relaxing. The sunrise and sunset times are breathtaking. The food in the area is wonderful- we especially enjoyed the convience of the cooked, ready to eat shrimp and crab legs that could be purchased right across the street. We are already talking about when we get back to," OUR Vacation Home," Thank you so much for your investment, good taste and your kindness our new young friends..

We just returned from our stay at this unit the first week in August, 2011. We have stayed at Sugar Beach many times before and always enjoyed our stays. The only thing we found the last few times were units that were in need of updating. Your condo solved this problem. We loved this updated unit (especially the kitchen) and would definately want to stay here again. Just a few steps from the elevator and a great balcony with a great view. The flat screen tv's were a plus as well although we spent most of our time on the beach. In addition, we noticed that the whole complex (parking areas, pools etc) are being maintained very well on a daily basis. Thanks again and God willing we will be renting from you next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at your Sugar Beach Condo! It is decorated beautifully and such a great location! Wonderful family atmosphere. So easy to walk down the stairs to the pool and the beach! Our family loved the pool and it was so nice to be able to hang out on the balcony and watch the fun! Thanks again we had a great time!

This was one of the best condos we have stayed in at Sugar Beach Condos. The renovation looked great with alI the updates. It is tastfully decorated and very comfortable. This condo had all the conveniences of home and then some. We especially enjoyed the rain shower in the master suite(very relaxing). This condo complex is in a great location,has shaded parking, and not too crowded. It is very family friendly. The pool areas are large enough that they are never too crowded. The Sugar Shack by the pool is convient for drinks/ food and the fresh seafood shack across the road has the best steamed shrimp, perfect for eating in the room or by the beach. We will be back!!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend in Oct. 2010 so much that I took my college-age daughter for a stay in May 2011. Although the dynamics of the two stays were completely different because of my travel companions and the time of year, both stays were extremely enjoyable. This condo is beautifully but comfortably furnished and centrally located for everything I needed. It is restful and peaceful. I plan to go back and recommend this rental for any age group. Early mornings on the balconly overlooking the Gulf with a mug of hot coffee--heaven!!

My daughter and I went to Orange Beach for a long weekend and had an enjoyable time at the condo. We were overlooking a pool and then the beach. The interior was updated and very nice!!! We had no issue getting there and getting in, it was a very smooth 'check-in' process... The location is good to go toward Gulf Shores or to Orange Beach. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience!!!

We were hopeful that everything would be as lovely as it looked online, and we were certainly not disappointed. In an area of hundreds of high-rise buildings, the 4-story Sugar Beach was great. Parking was on the ground floor with three stories of apartments above. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo was perfect, and the balcony overlooked one of the three swimming pools, with the beach directly past that. What a sight for land-locked Okies like us! Plus, just prior to our trip, the owner graciously gave us suggestions for their favorite eating places and things to do in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.

Three words to describe... Fab U Lous.....We so enjoyed our experience at this Sugar Beach Condo. No, it is not a blue mirror high rise until you open the door and walk in this condo, the decor is beautiful (the photos don't do it justice). But it is so much more, First floor looks out over the beach and one of the 3 pools. You do not have to walk across concrete forever to get to the sand. You have the luxury of a very beautiful newly decorated condo and the convience of being right on the sand or fee steps from the pool, either heated for an early morning swim or not heated for hot days of summer. Restrooms on the ground level close to pool and beach, great snack bar for any hunger or thristy attacks. Lounge chairs and umbrellas availabe on the beach for a small fee. Great togo seafood place right across the street (come in from sunbathing on the beach and send hubby for delicious dine in meal right on the balcony), and plenty of resturants and shopping areas very close. I am not exaggerating when I rate this place EXCELLENT....it was just that. We will be back so I suggest you go ahead and book your dates here because you will not find a place this fine and has it ALL (for this price)...!!!!! This condo is absolutely beautiful. It has all the amenities of home and many more. We loved the spacious balcony overlooking both pools and the beach. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Allan and Amanda are both so easy to work with and very accommodating. The whole property seemed well kept and safe. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and will look forward to coming back again to stay.

We really enjoyed out stay in this condo. The beach view from the master bedroom and balcony were second to none. I loved sitting on the balcony, watching the moon glisten on the gulf waters. It was definitely worth the trip down. I highly recommend this condo.

Sugar Beach condos are beautiful, clean, well managed and I would highly recommend them to all my friends. The photos were exactly correct. The condo is located directly across from the elevator and was extremely easy to access the beach and pools. It was beautifully decorated, spotless when we arrived and the bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Allan was very attentive and very easy to work with. He helped make our needed vacation a pleasant experience and we are already talking about returning next summer. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

Where do I start? We loved it! I can honestly say that's the best condo we've ever stayed at Sugar Beach. There was no fighting over watching 1 TV. There was no fighting over which DVD to watch first because the little guys watched theirs using one dvd player and the rest of us watched our movie on the other:) The full size washer/dryer was a big hit with keeping up with the linens and beach towels. This is the only unit I've ever stayed in with a full size washer/dryer and this is my 8th time staying in a different Sugar Beach condo. And the view was magnificent - I loved being able to sit out on the patio at night and reading while watching the kids swim in the pool at night, with the gulf waves crashing in the background. Great time! We will definitely see if your unit is available first next time! Sincerely, Dean Fain

We had a wonderful time during our stay at your condo. The decor is exceptional and offers great views of the beach. The bedroom furnishings were not only pretty but very comfortable with TVs in each room. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony which overlooks the pool and enjoying our complimentary wine during sunset. Although the oil has affected many areas, they were diligently working both day and night to make sure our stay on the beach was enjoyable. It certainly did not hamper our stay at all. The location of your condo is so accessible to supermarkets and restaurants. Thank you so much for allowing us to share in your beach haven. We will definately come back for another visit and next time stay even longer.

WOW!! We couldn't ask for a better view. We were directly over one of the 4 pools facing the beach. We were lucky enough to have an almost full moon everynight. the moon reflecting off of the gulf was nothing less than the most romantic/spectacular part of every night. The location was convenient to Restaurants and entertainment. The condo itself was roomy and decorated well. We enjoyed the beach view from our Master bedroom very much. Our children ejoyed the internet service all week. thanks again for the wonderful vacation stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the condo was Perfect for our family of four, clean & even better in person than in the pictures. The complex has really stepped up their efforts to make it a nice, friendly & safe place to stay! If you haven't stayed @ Sugar Beach before, I deffinately recommend trying it out. We had a great time. Loved the view and so close to beach and pools. Condo was very tastefully decorated. The beds were sooo comfortable. Overall was clean and stocked with all we needed. Great location for restaurants and shopping.

Everything in this condo is new...bedding, appliances, tv's, furniture. The view from the 2nd level balcony both from the living area and the master bedroom is awesome. And the location of unit near the stairs and elevator make it just such an easy process to go to one of the 2 beachfront pools..one of which literally sits 20 feet below your balcony. If you are looking for a stress-free get away without the hassle of a high-rise condo but still with the amenities you need, this unit is for you!

We loved the new furnishings and the tasteful decor, including the large flat screen tvs. The close proximity to the pools and beach was wonderful. This condo overlooks one of the 3 pools and is truly only a stone's throw from the beach. It is furnished with everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and relaxing. Lunch and cocktails from the Sugar Shack poolside snack bar was an added bonus. Oh, and covered parking was great to keep the car cool!!! We look forward to returning soon.
