  Lovely apt with beautiful morning view. If the morning weather suits you, sitting outside on your private "porch" with a cup of coffee is wonderful. Visited friends for the whole week, weather was sunny and we couldn't have asked for a better time.

  This property shows real pride of ownership. It is in excellent condition and spotless. The location is excellent and not too far from the City. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom towels are soft and clean. The bed was very comfortable also. The owners live upstairs and are very personable and available if needed. We would love to stay here again someday.

  Perfect! We could not have asked for a better place, location and Owners. We did not know what to expect but all our needs were met. The whole process could not have been better and Keith and Deborah made us feel at home. If we ever get back to northern California we would definately stay here. It's our favorite "Treehouse"

  We came in to town on business and were very happy with this place. It was cozy and well suited for our baby, relaxing, as well as being productive. Centrally located to most places in Mill Valley as well as Whole Foods to be able to cook at the apartment. The owners are wonderful and we will definately make this our primary place to stay while working in Mill Valley!

  We live in the Sierra Nevada and wanted to escape for a month to warmer weather. And we happily did! The apartment was absolutely as advertised - a clean, charming, comfortable, cozy and convenient oasis - worth of 5 "C"s. We had lived and have family in the Bay area, but acted like tourists and took in all the wonderful delights that the area has to offer - beach, theater, museums, dining, hiking - and all incredibly handy from the front door. We would unreservedly recommend this apartment to friends, but please don't pick the next dates that we may want.

  My husband and I stayed at the Cozy Oasis with our young child for 2 monthes. We were very happy with the space. It was like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things you need to cook a full meal. The apartment is very clean and well cared for. Keith and Debra were warm, friendly and incredibly well versed on the area. They were a plethora of information and helped us feel like locals! We truly enjoyed our stay and will recomed it to our friends and family traveling to the bay area. Enjoy!

  My husband and I spent seven weeks here while he was being treated at an hospital in San Francisco. We loved everything about it. What could have been a stressful and depressing time was more than we had dared hope for. Our landlords were sensitive to our needs, generous with their assistance, and a pleasure to do business with. We were moments away from everything we needed and in a wonderful setting. The owners anticipated small touches that made our stay extra nice and comfortable. We awoke from a very comfortable bed to the sound of birds, made coffee from the fresh beans they provided and had breakfast while we looked through the tree tops. When we returned from the city, we enjoyed the many beautiful areas of Marin County, ate in wonderful restaurants or our spacious home away from home. I could go on but I think I'm about out of room. If ever we need to stay in the area again, this is where it will be.

  We've just spent another week in this lovely vacation apartment and enjoyed it just as much as we did last year. It's so nice to have the extra room and the kitchen compared to being squeezed into a hotel room. Plenty of space to bring our granddaughter over to spend the night and play a few games. Mill Valley is such a lovely little town. Always fun to see what's new. The location of this apartment makes it easy to get to the other towns all around plus taking the ferry over to SF from Sausalito. Hope to be back again next year.
