  My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing weekend at your condo! We really enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere and being secluded from the traffic and hustle/bustle farther down the beach. The beach was not crowded at all and was so calm and crystal clear for as far as we could see! We hope to return soon with our children! (They will love the Destin beaches!!) Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!

  The moment we walked in we felt at home. Condos are exactly as pictured on this website! White sandy beach outside your door, clear blue water, chairs and umbrella provided everyday. We saw dolphins from the condo most days. Within walking distance of all shopping and ATMs. Beach is not crowded. Michelle is the perfect hostess even hundreds of miles away. Spoke to her several times and she was helpful every time. We will be going back and taking our family. Thanks Michelle, we appreciate all you did for us to make our stay perfect in everyway!   I'm providing this "pre-stay" review since we were not able to make our desired trip and stay in Destin. Having never been to Destin, we had to sift through the endless list of possible places to stay, and eventually settled on this condo. I enjoyed the ease of dealing with Michelle and making our reservation, which we then looked forward to with great anticipation. However, it appeared that Hurricane "Isaac" decided to make a visit to that area at the same time. We watched to see the track that it would take, and it seemed that it was expected to make landfall right around Destin - Panama City. Being rightly concerned, I contacted Michelle to see what, if anything, could be done, since we were very apprehensive about traveling towards what appeared to be, "the eye of the storm". You often hear horror stories of owner's saying, "Well........sorry, but there's nothing we can do........." MIchelle's immediate words were "I don't want anyone coming to my condo in Destin that can't enjoy it and the Destin area completely". With that, our reservation money was refunded cheerfully and immediately, with her hopes that we will try it again in better weather. We are already busy planning our next trip and would not even think of staying anywhere but with the Egans!

  The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable (sure wish I could have stayed there much longer, it felt like home) nothing beats the view sitting on the balcony, many morning we watched the dolphins. Great location, close to Winn Dixie and the outlet malls. Small enough complex where you get to meet your neighbors. Went to Pomano Joes our favorite place for dinner twice. Michelle is always a doll and easy to work with!

  Lovely and comfy condo. (loved the pillows) Condo and grounds meticulously kept. Quiet area right on the beach but just a moment from the grocery and 98. Away from the crowds and completely relaxing. The chair/umbrella service is a nice touch. We enjoyed the Back Porch restaurant as well as Deweys of Destin on the Harbor (we like casual fish joints). Nice drive to Seaside and other fun beaches.

  We had a wonderful stay in Destin, March 17-20 2011. The visit was made picture perfect by staying in this wonderful condo right on the beautiful Emerald Coast. We utilized the warm pool and the grills while watching the sunset each evening. Michelle, your condo is heaven! Thanks for your hospitality! ALOHA! Curt and Kristy

  My college roommates and I met at this beautiful condo May 2010 for a wonderful 3 day weekend. We slept in the bunk beds and got comfortable in the king size bed. There are beautiful views from the balcony. The swimming pool was pristine and the beach was perfect. The grocery store and ice cream shop was within walking distance. The outlet mall was right across the street. We are already planning our next trip and we hope to stay in the same condo. It was fabulous!

  We stayed in Windancer #206 7/10/10 - 7/16/10. All I can say is I wish we were still there enjoying the beautiful views of the beach and that ocean breeze on the balcony! This was our first vacation with our precious 8 month old daughter and it is one we will always remember. Everything we needed was provided. The pictures accurately reflect the beautiful decorations and views...well, I will say it is even more inviting when you are actually there! We saw dolphins several mornings we were there looking out from the balcony. The walk to the beach is one of the shortest we have ever had. You couldn't ask for any more convenience to a grocery store and shopping. You could literally walk there. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I have to say the Egan's were so helpful with any questions we had!! Thank you to the Egan's for making our first family vacation fantastic! We hope to talk to you next year!!

  We stayed in Windancer #206 for a week in June (13th - 19th) and we couldn't have asked for anything more. This was our first family vacation since the birth of our 2-year old son and it couldn't have been any better. Our 6-year old and younger son loved the bunk beds. Almost every morning we could see dolphins in the water from the balcony. If crabs are your thing, they even have a net for you to go crabbing with when it gets dark. There's plenty of room on the beach. You can make sandcastles, set up your chairs and have room behind you for a game of football or catch. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear. You can see several different types of small fish swimming around in the water. You couldn't ask for a better location. You're close to everything, but not in the middle of it. Besides having the beach at your back door, the outlet shopping center was across the street. The tourist attractions of Destin (go karts, boats, mini-golf) are only a 10 minute drive away. A grocery store and pharmacy are within walking distance in case you need anything at all. The condo was perfectly furnished, decorated and cleaned. The chair and sofa were comfortable (and so were the beds). There's plenty of room in the floor for boardgames and toys for your kids. Everything was just as it is pictured. The washer/dryer combo really helped out with sandy clothes after a day at the beach. The Egan's were helpful and quickly answered any questions. We'll definitely stay with them again when we return (and we will). We were already recommending them to friends and family before we made it home.
