Queens Grant 508 is a luxurious condo located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes. This spacious retreat accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This condo was newly renovated in 2010 with a fully-furnished private deck.
Marion’s Place properties offer luxury accommodations to compliment your island vacation with all the comforts of home. Our property features vaulted ceilings and large, comfortable living areas. There is beautiful landscaping and huge live oaks are scattered across the plantation. A large swimming pool is located on on-premise. We also provide spa-quality linens and towels at no additional charge! Our guests can enjoy relaxing on the sparkling beaches that are only a short walk away. You can also play a round of world-class golf at one of the island’s 24 courses. Or, enjoy the superb shopping opportunities the island has to offer. You can even explore the island’s numerous nature trails! One thing is certain - every guest is guaranteed to enjoy the island's warm, semi-tropical climate year-round making it ideal for luxury vacations in any season.
If Queens Grant 508 is not available for the dates you'd like to stay, or if you're trying to accomodate a large group, no problem! We own three other Queens Grant properties. VRBO numbers are 310750, 295458, and 310884.
Sleep Accommodations:
2 bedrooms - One king-sized bed in the master, one queen-sized bed and one twin-sized bed in the second bedroom.
Master Suite: King-sized bed, private bath and TV
Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, twin-sized bed
All bedrooms are equipped with pillows, linens, comforters, quilts and/or blankets to accommodate seven people.
Bathrooms: 2 full baths
Living Area:
Our living room has comfortable furniture with plenty of room. There is a TV, a VCR, and a DVD player, as well as a sliding glass door that opens to the furnished patio with grill.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, and Stove.
Washer/Dryer located inside condo.
Palmetto Dunes offers complementary shuttles throughout the plantation including stops at the beach, golf courses, and the Mall at Shelter Cove. This service runs from April through Labor Day.

The condo is conveniently located. It was clean and plenty of supplies were left for our use. We were quite comfortable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

We enjoyed our week here in February so very much! The villa is extremely well-decorated and includes most of the supplies you would need for your stay! The location is fantastic.....you are within walking distance of the General Store, Alexander's Restaurant, and of course the beach! Palmetto Dunes itself is centrally located on the island, which makes it so convenient to go anywhere! We loved the completely enclosed patio......since we had our 4-yr.old collie with us, we really enjoyed sitting out there...reading, having lunch, or just sitting.....and she could be off-leash. The furniture was very comfortable...in fact, the beds were much more comfortable than at home!!!!! We would definitely come back here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

This is a beautiful Queen's Grant Villa. The location is in a quiet area and very private. Everything in the villa has been upgraded and gives the feel of a comfortable and cozy beach cottage. All new furnature, bedding, and modern spa like bathrooms are wonderful after a long day at the beach or returning from a sightseeing adventure. You can easily walk to the beach for an evening stroll and to the small store for coffee and a morning newspaper. If you like the pictures, you will love this villa because it is even better than the pictures can portray! Can't wait to go back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
