  The condo was exactly as pictured with a great view! The unit was clean with lots of space for the 5 adults and 2 kids(8yrs and 10months). Loved having the beach chairs, umbrella and toys available in the unit and the 2nd pool with the indoor area too. The whole property was well maintained and the staff was always friendly. Brian and Dixie were great. Thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful condo. The Shuler Family

  This Condo was absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and comfortable. The bunk room was a plus... love the full size bed. Everything was perfect during our staying. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends and family. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place. We hope to return again.

  An awesome location and beautiful condo. We were lucky to have stumbled across this place in a last minute effort to relocate our vacation away from the Outer Banks due to Hurrican Irene to a place with plenty of sun and surf. We found this place and the owner was very helpful, getting back to me immediately with my last minute request to reserve the condo. There were many attractions near by, and the beaches are beautiful! We will definitely keep this on our list of places to come back to.

  We used the week as a family vacation before my son leaves to join the Navy. It gave us the perfect opportunity to spend time together as a family. We were welcomed by a well decorated and clean condominium. It is in a great location on the west end of Panama City Beach. Quiet and very family oriented. Beautiful beach. Dixie and Brian were great to deal with and very helpful.

  The condo was exactly as pictured on the website! Very clean (a major concern for us), well furnished with more than we expected. The pots and pans were very nice ones which made us decide to cook more at the condo and saved us some money! The kitchen had everything you would want to cook most anything. We ate full meals, all breakfasts, snacks, blender drinks and even brownies one night! There are no utensils specific for grilling (the condo has outside grilling areas for charcoal only) but we managed to make do. We were pleasantly entertained for the week and the furnishings helped with all of that. The chairs, umbrellas, tent and toys were a nice surprise in the laundry room! We made use of them rather than renting chairs out front and that saved us a bundle. They were very nice quality too! We also took full advantage of a nice roomy balcony and ate breakfast and drank coffee on the balcony every single morning. Seats six very comfortably. What an amazing way to start the day. The cabana also arranged for the parasailing for the kids for us right in front of the condo. Nice convenience. Would like to have had trash bags and toilet paper furnished for us but understand these items are disposable - just commenting so others can bring their own. Plenty of linens, towels and pillows of good quality. No need to bring your own. We did not need anything that wasn't already provided! Would definitely recommend this couple and their thoughtfulness. The arrangements were easy to make, the financials made sense, everything was as promised plus some! Always nice to have more than you expected. We had to call them one morning and they were very helpful. Very nice to talk with and always willing to work with you and help make your vacation successful!

  Thank you for letting us rent your condo for the 4th of July week. We had an awesome time. I love being on the 3rd floor so close to the beach. The location of the condo to the area of the beach is perfect as well. There are no major condos to the right of you, so the beach area is never crowded. Your condo was clean, comfortable, and very well decorated. We had an awesome time visiting many of the local area attractions as well. We will be back again.

  Great renting from Brian and Dixie, unit was just as promised and the decor was nicely done, they are most accomodating and called to see if all was ok. Only complaint was the 4 hours of rain that that could not be put off until nightfall.....LOL The new Pier Park mall was excellent and close to the unit, plenty of great places to eat (Back Porch, Reggae J's or Margaritaville and just jump on the by-pass (Highway 98) and go on down to Pineapple Willy's or Spinnakers. Not far from there is Angelo's, and go karts. Parasailing and bannana boats are right outside the unit along with wave runner rentals. Plenty to see and do along with a great place to stay. Grandkids loved it and granddad loved the golf locations. Besides the local courses, Baytowne in Sandestin is a great course. Give it a try and stay with Brian and Dixie. Thanks again you two.

  This is our third year to stay at this resort and we absolutely love it. Your condo was everything that the description says. Everything we needed to make it be our home for the week was provided. We love how it is so quiet and peaceful on that end of the strip but at the same time close to everything. Since we bring our kids and grandkids also love the family atmosphere there. Would hightly reccommend anyone to stay here for a week. The scene outside your balcony is breath taking. Thanks for lettin us use your beautiful home.

  This was the first time that I took my two young kids to the beach and couldn't have stayed at a better condo! It was VERY clean, well taken care of and so much room! There were 5 of us all together and we had more than enough room, we also had plenty of dishes and towels. I also had friends staying in their other condo at the same time and one of their beach chairs broke and when he wrote the owners Brain and Dixie an email letting them know about it they had maintance put a brand new beach chair in their room the same day. I thought that was really great that Brian and Dixie replaced the chair since our concern was that they may take it out of their deposit but that wasn't the case at all!!! I would defiantly recommend to friends and family, we had a blast!!!
