The condo was exactly as pictured with a great view! The unit was clean with lots of space for the 5 adults and 2 kids(8yrs and 10months). Loved having the beach chairs, umbrella and toys available in the unit and the 2nd pool with the indoor area too. The whole property was well maintained and the staff was always friendly. Brian and Dixie were great. Thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful condo. The Shuler Family

This Condo was absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and comfortable. The bunk room was a plus... love the full size bed. Everything was perfect during our staying. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends and family. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place. We hope to return again.

An awesome location and beautiful condo. We were lucky to have stumbled across this place in a last minute effort to relocate our vacation away from the Outer Banks due to Hurrican Irene to a place with plenty of sun and surf. We found this place and the owner was very helpful, getting back to me immediately with my last minute request to reserve the condo. There were many attractions near by, and the beaches are beautiful! We will definitely keep this on our list of places to come back to.

We used the week as a family vacation before my son leaves to join the Navy. It gave us the perfect opportunity to spend time together as a family. We were welcomed by a well decorated and clean condominium. It is in a great location on the west end of Panama City Beach. Quiet and very family oriented. Beautiful beach. Dixie and Brian were great to deal with and very helpful.

The condo was exactly as pictured on the website! Very clean (a major concern for us), well furnished with more than we expected. The pots and pans were very nice ones which made us decide to cook more at the condo and saved us some money! The kitchen had everything you would want to cook most anything. We ate full meals, all breakfasts, snacks, blender drinks and even brownies one night! There are no utensils specific for grilling (the condo has outside grilling areas for charcoal only) but we managed to make do. We were pleasantly entertained for the week and the furnishings helped with all of that. The chairs, umbrellas, tent and toys were a nice surprise in the laundry room! We made use of them rather than renting chairs out front and that saved us a bundle. They were very nice quality too! We also took full advantage of a nice roomy balcony and ate breakfast and drank coffee on the balcony every single morning. Seats six very comfortably. What an amazing way to start the day. The cabana also arranged for the parasailing for the kids for us right in front of the condo. Nice convenience. Would like to have had trash bags and toilet paper furnished for us but understand these items are disposable - just commenting so others can bring their own. Plenty of linens, towels and pillows of good quality. No need to bring your own. We did not need anything that wasn't already provided! Would definitely recommend this couple and their thoughtfulness. The arrangements were easy to make, the financials made sense, everything was as promised plus some! Always nice to have more than you expected. We had to call them one morning and they were very helpful. Very nice to talk with and always willing to work with you and help make your vacation successful!

Thank you for letting us rent your condo for the 4th of July week. We had an awesome time. I love being on the 3rd floor so close to the beach. The location of the condo to the area of the beach is perfect as well. There are no major condos to the right of you, so the beach area is never crowded. Your condo was clean, comfortable, and very well decorated. We had an awesome time visiting many of the local area attractions as well. We will be back again.

This is our third year to stay at this resort and we absolutely love it. Your condo was everything that the description says. Everything we needed to make it be our home for the week was provided. We love how it is so quiet and peaceful on that end of the strip but at the same time close to everything. Since we bring our kids and grandkids also love the family atmosphere there. Would hightly reccommend anyone to stay here for a week. The scene outside your balcony is breath taking. Thanks for lettin us use your beautiful home.

Best Vacation!

This was the first time that I took my two young kids to the beach and couldn't have stayed at a better condo! It was VERY clean, well taken care of and so much room! There were 5 of us all together and we had more than enough room, we also had plenty of dishes and towels. I also had friends staying in their other condo at the same time and one of their beach chairs broke and when he wrote the owners Brain and Dixie an email letting them know about it they had maintance put a brand new beach chair in their room the same day. I thought that was really great that Brian and Dixie replaced the chair since our concern was that they may take it out of their deposit but that wasn't the case at all!!! I would defiantly recommend to friends and family, we had a blast!!!

Fun time at the beach

We spent a week in this condo and had a blast. The place is very nice and right on the beach. Luggage carts were conveniently located from the parking deck to help us get all our stuff in and out. Would definitely stay there again next time. Panama City Beach is much nicer these days than it was the last time I was there 20 or more years ago. We took the kids to the beach and pool every day and took lots of pictures. The master bedroom is right off the balcony and we went to sleep and woke up to the sound of the soothing waves every day.

We loved our vacations to Florida! But this was our first time staying at the Celadon. We were very excited to have found Brian and Dixie! They r the sweetest,and their condos are so nice,gulf front,very pretty and comfortable! We really felt at home here! We r actually coming back in Sept and we can't wait!!!! Our opinion is if u r coming to Florida,then this is the place to stay! It's everything u need for home away from home. We r looking forward to our future stays! Ty Brian and Dixie!!!! You both rock!!!!!!!! :0D

Thunder Beach Week

This was our second time staying with Brian and Dixie, and we can't wait for our third trip this fall. We normally vacation in the fall, but, for this trip we came down in April for Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit this visit, and, loved waking up to the sound of the waves right outside the balcony. For most, I'm sure they would want to stay near all the action of the rally, but for us we knew we wanted peace and quite at night. With the Celadon being 2.5 miles west of Pier Park, and the last condo tower on the strip we had nothing but that. Everything was just as pictured, everything you would need on vacation in the kitchen (if you choose to cook), and plenty of room for 6-8 people to stay. Breakfast at Thomas' Donuts or Mikes Diner is a must. Lunch at Red Brick Pizza, Fatty's Sandwich Shop, Five Guys. And of course the ever popular Pineapple Willy's, Schooners, Margaritaville and Reggae J's for dinner. I'm ready to go back just typing this! :) We can't wait for our next trip this fall. Thanks Brian and Dixie!

The only surprise on our holiday vacation was the weather, which was record-breaking cold topped by a tornado watch. This spacious condo is exactly as you see in the photos. We especially appreciated the balcony views (watched New Year's Eve fireworks at Pier Park from the best seats possible!), very comfortable mattresses, being able to do our laundry in the unit, having a heated pool to swim in, and having Dixie and Brian on call for questions. Never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator either. The Mitchells are excellent to work with as owners...have no worries there, they will treat you fairly.

My family had a great time staying in this condo. It was clean, very cute and perfect for a relaxing vacation on the beach. It was so nice to be on the third floor and so easy to get down to the beach. We will definitly come back again!

Great renting from Brian and Dixie, unit was just as promised and the decor was nicely done, they are most accomodating and called to see if all was ok. Only complaint was the 4 hours of rain that that could not be put off until nightfall.....LOL The new Pier Park mall was excellent and close to the unit, plenty of great places to eat (Back Porch, Reggae J's or Margaritaville and just jump on the by-pass (Highway 98) and go on down to Pineapple Willy's or Spinnakers. Not far from there is Angelo's, and go karts. Parasailing and bannana boats are right outside the unit along with wave runner rentals. Plenty to see and do along with a great place to stay. Grandkids loved it and granddad loved the golf locations. Besides the local courses, Baytowne in Sandestin is a great course. Give it a try and stay with Brian and Dixie. Thanks again you two.

You get what you see and what they promise. Brian and Dixie were wonderful to work with and the condo was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. We used the kitchen every day and found everything we needed. The master bedroom has an outstanding view and immediately relaxes you. If you are planning a vacation in Panama City, stay with Brian and Dixie.

property #295208 Celadon... This condo was without a doubt everything we could have wanted for our vacation get-a-way. Just as described. Very nicely decorated, clean and in the perfect location. Beautiful view from the 3rd floor balcony.Loved the washer and dryer! The kids loved the beach toys and floats. Highly recommended! Not far from Pier Park for shopping. Close to great restaurants... even close to an all you can eat Sushi Bar- Shan Kishi! Can't wait to go back! Two pools and 2 hot tubs....this was the best vacation ever! Thanks Brian and Dixie!

My husband and I along with our three kids stayed in this condo from May 22-29th and loved every minute of it. Brian and Dixie were two of the sweetest people to work with and offered such great rates. They answered any questions or concerns I had and made the renting process so easy. We had seen the pictures on the website but we were amazed that it was even more beautiful in person. The condo was so clean and spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. I loved having the washer and dryer and the full size kitchen as well as the extra large balcony.. My husband and I loved spending time out there and watching the beautiful waves and sunsets as well as the dolphins. We were so pleased with the location of the condo loved that when we came off the elevator we were right at the beach or pool. This was so helpful with small children. We had a great time and cannot wait to come back and stay in the condo again!! We are already planning another trip back. Thanks Brian and Dixie for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo.

The condo was all we hoped it would be. I loved the long balcony. Sitting out there was a joy early morning till late at night. The condo was represented well in the descriptions and photos so we did not feel like there were any surprises when we arrived. A great place to stay. I definitely expect to stay there again. Owner's cell numbers saved me when I got locked out while packing up to leave. Just writing this makes me want to go back!
