Simply a wonderful, welcoming home in which to spend time exploring Sarasota. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay there, and easily settled in. The home was well equipped and the owner was very responsive to any questions and needs we had. The location next to the Ringling campus served us well, whether visiting the art gallery and grounds, biking the neighborhood or to downtown, or driving to Lido Key, St. Armands Key, Whole Foods, restaurants or the many performing arts venues. We would highly recommend this "home away from home" to anyone looking for a single family property in a great neighborhood.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I couldn't have been more fortunate than to have found this property for my stay in Sarasota. The front (private) courtyard, the back deck, and the side patio made for great outdoor lounging places. The inside was luxuriously appointed and had all the comforts of home (especially the wonderful, modern kitchen). The living space is AMPLE for the 6 people the (3) bedrooms allow. The house is situated just down the street from the picturesque bay, and is convenient to the downtown area and St. Armands Key. I will definitely be making this my home-away-from-home in Sarasota!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Four of my brother in laws stayed at the house during our recent golf outing. I live in the same neighborhood so it was very convienient. The house is clean, bright and nicely decorated. They loved the washer and dryer to keep up with their laundry. the house was extremely comfortable and worked just perfect for our purposes.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We spent 4 weeks in this lovely home. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it. The main living area and wonderful kitchen have obviously been recently upgraded -- and not on the cheap. Beautiful furniture all over the house. Great appliances in the kitchen and new washer and dryer. Also great wi-fi service -- a must for us. A ten minute walk to a lovely water front park and less than a 5 minute drive to the spectacular Ringling Museum. You will not be disappointed. A postscript tho -- you might need a one step stool for the very high king size bed.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My daughter's family, my husband and I just got home from staying a week at this wonderful home. It was so comfortable, cozy and has everything you need. My grandchildren were talking about going back before we even left. We were close to the beach which were great and one of the prettiest I have ever seen. I am looking forward to going again, I can't say enough good about it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family spent a week in this wonderful home. I could not express how clean and beautiful the house is. The floor plan is very open and functional. I loved the location of the home. I enjoyed taking a short walk to the bay in the mornings and then a 15 minute drive to the most beautiful and peaceful Siesta Key beach. We also loved the courtyard in front of the house with the sliding window to the kitchen, it was so very helpful for cooking out. The house is accommodated with everything, all we needed was our clothes. I will stay here every year!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: I am so glad that you and your family had an Amazing time in Sarasota at our place! Come back anytime, we would love to have you and your family. Steve and Pam
