Location: Valasske Mezirici, Czech Republic, Europe (350 km East from Prague and 50 km well-known city of Olomouc)

Accommodations:  Villa, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Our house is a nice, modern villa in the Heart of the Moravian Silesian Beskydy. The city of Valasske Mezirici is known in the area as a cultural point. In the summer time, there are a lot of events, like concerts and expositions. In the town there is the famous Moravian Tapestry Workshop , which preserved the centuries old, typical craftsmanship of the area. You can visit it and buy a piece of art as a valuable remembrance of your vacation.

Also, there is one of the most important Czech spacial observatories, where you can, in certain night hours, observe the stars and/or planets depending on their position and the proximity to Earth. It is very educable and entertaining specialy for kids!

You can sit in the terrace for breakfast and enjoy the view, or read a book accompained by a quiet, peacefull sunset. You can spend all day outside doing BBQ, enjoy the pool, sauna or beautiful natural garden. If you are tired, you can watch films from our movie library.

Villa Anna is only 20 minutes walking from downtown, ten minutes from nearest bus station as well as from a supermarket. In the neighborhood, there is a private, small ZOO where children can feed animals for a very low price. The admission is free (however, you can give a voluntary payment for maintainance). Five minutes walking from the house, you can find a small familly pub, where you can refresh yourself with a cold Czech
beer, wines or soft drinks after a hot, summer day.

At summer enjoy the sun, hiking, biking, or relaxing in nature looking at the breathtaking views of the mountains. Tennis courts are near (in this tennis club, Martina Hingis trained and still train to became a tennis star) as well as bowling, miniature golf, etc. We have a list for you with interesting places to do around our house, ranging from few hours trips to complete one day trips.

Moravian Silesian Beskydy is a perfect vacation destination yet not discovered by European turists. It offers plenty of activities, hikes, tours, traditional architecture, deep forests full of mushrooms and forests fruits (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries). The nature is amazing, you can meet wildlife as foxes, rabbits, deers and forest birds. You will love it!!!

In winter enjoy the virgin white snow, the awesome and perfect condition for ski (nearest downhill run is approximately five kilometers with car but is for amateurs). The nearest ski resort for pro skiers is either Solan or Pustevny. Excellent for cross country, one lane leads by the house. Very nice are the walks through the beautiful woods full of snow. Also a little hill is located five minutes walking where children may sleight or just hang out throwing snowballs. A new indoor hall for ice-skating in the city.

Maid service before you came and after you leave is free of charge. But if you wish to clean the house during your stay, you must pay an extra fee (20 Euros for cleaning which includes dust cleaning, vaccuming, floor cleaning and 25 Euros for washing clothes and ironing or the combo for 40 Euros). Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, but you are free to smoke at the terrace or anywhere outside the villa.

Pets are allowed, but you must tell us beforehand when making your reservation to make the proper conditions. Transport from Valasske Mezirici bus station and train station for free. Other transport with an extra fee (3km= 1 Euro). Our rentals rates can be negotiated when your stay is longer than two weeks. The price may go down as we make a reasonable deal.

  • Best of both words, up in the hills, and 30 minutes from the town centre one can choose - lazing by the pool, biking in the hills, or exploring the local towns and sights. There are only a few places where you can watch wildlife in the morning and walk through martket stalls under medivial vaults.

  • What a lovely spacious house.There were only four of us staying there, but I am sure that with 8 people it would not feel cramped.Immaculately clean, very comfortable, and in a nice location.During the booking process the owner dealt with our enquiries in a most efficient and helpful manner. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed most warmly. I can also vouch for the nearby hospital which is also clean and spacious, but not quite so comfortable!!

  • Meeting our friends, a Czech. family with baby from Kromeriz and having three children of our own the accommodation had to be right - and it was! We found the Villa had everything we needed and in such a beautiful area as well. The highly maintained swimming pool proved to be the highlight of the holiday for the children,allowing the adults to relax and enjoy a holiday to remember. Thank you.

  • We were looking for a perfect get-a-away for the summer vacations especially where we could feel comfortable, in short a home away from home. We got all that and more in Villa Anna. This luxurious and well equipped house gave us a wonderful vacation which we will cherish in our memories for a long time to come. The little town of Valasske Mezirici is itself a pleasure to walk through. The long road journey to this picturesque house located in sylvian surroundings is well worth it. One can go for long walks in the hills nearby or just stay a quiet day in the swimming pool of the villa. My family came from the Netherlands and it was a gruelling journey, but once they were in the house they forgot the tedious journey. One should visit the nearby Radhost pod Hostinem and the Radhost mountain which certainly should be interesting all year round. Again, another interesting place nearby is the Castle Helfstyn near Lipnik nad Becvou (on the way to Olomouc). If you want value for money...then Villa Anna is the place for you for a vacation!

  • We had stayed at this property in mid-October. This trip was the best vacation me and my family had had. The city and the nature and the mountains are extremely beautiful,in this place you really fell free and your mind totaly clears and opens. The house by itself is perfect!!! I would recomend this property for everybody!!!

    If you elect our property as your vacation destination either in summer or winter, you will love it. You have all the facities you like, we are flexible and anything you want you will have. In this property, many high european functionaries lived. For example, the Personal Director of Philips in Czech Republic lived here for 2 years and he was extremely happy with us and the property. Our house offers exelent for enjoying vacation with family and pets and also "vacation with nature", because nature is everywhere you go, everywhere you see. Choose our house and you will return every single year!!!!!
