Overlooking the manicured fairway of the 10th hole this newly refurbished 1 bedroom condo is located within the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf & Village, where many of Branson entertainers live and play; golf on its newly renovated 18 hole PGA championship course or tennis on the two lighted courts. A year round indoor pool and outdoor hot tub awaits you, seasonal outdoor pool (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day) and a fully equipped fitness center at the clubhouse. If fly-fishing is your interest then you have come to the right place as Pointe Royale is situated on Lake Taneycomo where some of the finest in the country can be experienced. If bass fishing is your preference then Table Rock Lake is just 3 miles away. All of this within a short drive of the famous Branson Strip 76 Country Boulevard where many of the best theatres are located and many restaurants to choose from. Nearby is Silver Dollar City, Tanger outlet Mall, Branson Landing and Historic Downtown Branson.
Reservation Booking Process: At time of booking and in order to secure your reservation, a deposit is required in the amount of $100. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival. If the reservation is canceled within 21 days of your arrival the full amount of the rental will be refunded, 14 days prior to arrival, payment forfeited unless the dates reserved can be re-rented.. Payment by check and if by credit card can a processing fee of 3.0% of the rental amount will apply. It is recommended that protection insurance be purchased prior to your arrival through Homeaway.com, in the unlikely event that any damages occur to the condo during your stay as you will be held financially responsible. This is a No Smoking condo and a restoration fee of $250 will apply if smoked in.

Daphne's condos are a wonderful mix of being at home yet getting away from it all! We loved staying in these beautiful condos for the weekend. It had all the comforts of home plus extras! It was the perfect place to enjoy a quiet time yet be with the rest of our family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities as well. There was never a time that we wished we had anything. Her kitchens were nicely stocked with all the items you would need to prepare meals. The veiw of the lake behind us with the fishermen was calming and we enjoyed the screened patios with our coffee each morning. So thankful we were able to spend our vacation here! It was a perfect spot for our young family. We really enjoyed watching the golfers, the pools and fitness center! Everything was accurate regarding the location, layout, and the amenities. We were very pleased with how clean & decorative the condo was! The owner was extremely pleasant. This condo was very nice, and the location about a block from the clubhouse made it perfect. My husband was able to walk to the clubhouse to go golfing, and the kids and I would walk to the pool. What a wonderful way to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. We swam in the indoor pool. Thanksgiving morning, enjoyed a delicious meal at the condo (made easy by the fully stocked kitchen) & rode go-karts in the evening.
