  Let me begin by saying we enjoyed this home very much, the location, the size of the home and the quality of the home was wonderful. The owner of the home is a great person, which is the reason I hate writing this review; however, I feel that I have exhausted all of my efforts to get our deposit back and hopefully this will create at response from the owner. I have tried to contact by phone, VRBO, text, and left messages and have not received a reply. We did NOT receive our deposit back after our stay in 2011 and can not get a reason as to why. I do not know of any reason that we should not have received the deposit as we did everything that was asked when we left. I would appreaciate the courtesy of a reply. Thank you, Rena' Lambert

  This house was a beautiful place to vacation! We have been coming to Ocean Isle for at least 5 years now, and this house has been the best. We were there with 13 people and we all had plenty of room. We had kids from the ages of 2 years - 19 years and all had a great time. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything we needed. Brian, the owner, was so easy to work with and answered any questions I had and took care of anything we needed, promptly. We will be returning to one of his houses again next year. Brian, it was nice to meet you. We are looking forward to next summer's vacation.

  Ocean Isle Beach is a fabulous vacation spot and this home made it that much better. Stayed with 12 persons total and could have fit more. Everyone had their own privacy, and the plentiful bathrooms made it easier for all different aged children. Great pool, and spacious living areas with upgrades everywhere. Of course the golf cart was a hit with everyone and exporing the island was a treat. Thanks Brian and Susan for all your hospitality. When you go, do not forget to visit Planet Fun, great place and excellent food.

  We just experience our first family vacation (married kids and 6 grandkids) and we couldn't have been more pleased. It is a beautiful and spacious home that accomodated the 12 of us and was a major part of a wonderful and successful vacation. The location of the house and it's amenities were fabulous. Even with a couple days of rain, there was plenty of area's between the bedrooms (all furnished with wall hung flat screen TV's) and all the decks for people to find their own space. The pool was perfect for the kids to end the day after a fun and wild time on the beach. The kitchen and the decor was awesome and so tastefully done! How fun to take the golf cart around the island! We had such a wonderful time, we just had Brian keep the deposit and we are coming back next July. We highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a first class family vacation. Thank you again, Brian, for providing all the amenities and comforts of home. Memories were made...and looking forward to making more in 2012.

  Had a GREAT vacation at this home! The house had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well equipped and had a giant refridgerator and freezer. Proximity to the beach access was a very short walk (just up the street). Used the golf cart to go to the beach at the NE end of island. The elevator made unpacking and loading groceries a breeze. And the pool was a great feature for when the kids weren't quite done with the water, came home and swam there. The owner Brian, was a great guy...there when we got there to show us some details. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The kids and rest of the family said "it felt like home" right away. Thanks Brian, we will be renting again.

  This is a fantastic house. It is exactly as pictured. Brian, the owner, is very accommodating and easy to work with. We were going to go to Pensacola, but with the possibilty of the oil spil changed to OIB. I highly recommend this home.
