  We had a great vacation. This wonderful home is within a short walk to town and has all you want in a beach community. My family loved the waves at the beach, sight-seeing in Montauk, race cars at riverhead raceway, shopping at Tanger outlets, fishing in Shinnecock County park, daily fresh ripe tomatos from the local farm stand. Simply put, a great, memorable, family.

  We just returned from a wonderful few days at this property. It was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. The owners were honest, straightforward and very very nice. We hope to return.

  My family and I just spent a very relaxing week at the beach. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The grill in the backyard was perfect for grilling the fresh seafood we purchased at the local fish market. The village was an easy walk, and the beach was a quick drive over the bridge. The beach pass provided by the owner was a bonus, and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The owner was very attentive to our needs, and absolutely wonderful to work with.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  We were so lucky to find this cute house for a week of rest and relaxation. It has all the amenities to feel just like home, the area is quiet, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store. We definitely would recommend, and plan to stay again in the future!

  I stayed at this home with my 2yo son. There was plenty of space for us and very nice accomodations. It is so close to town, to a playground and to the beach. You can walk down the street to the supermarket, too. That being said, it is very quiet and peaceful as well. All the comforts of home on vacation. Well priced for the area as well.

  Great location being so close to town and near the beach. Bright porch and clean house. It is much more livable than other beach houses we've stayed in. We really enjoyed the backyard for BBQ,s w/the family.We would stay there again.

  Nice cottage in great location--perfect launch pad for beach, town, public tennis courts and new library. Very clean with nice touches: comfy beds with new linens--loved barbecuing on outdoor gas grill. Size works well for 2 to 4 people; a good way to experience the Hamptons without spending what it costs for a week in Provence :)

  Had a great time with my cousin out in West Hampton for 4 days. Great location, only 1 block into town and just down the road from the beach. Beach pass was added bonus! Perfect size house for 2-4 people, great neighborhood, very clean. Owner is super friendly, easily contactable by email and phone, always available for any questions both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and stay there again in the future!
