              Why the Owner Chose Seacrest:
              I chose this condo because there are only 39 luxury homes in the entire building. It is a gated community on a three acre site. It is the most beautiful condo in all of New Smyrna Bach. There is a sense of privacy and it is not overcrowded. The balconies are all glass so there's no obstruction of view especially because you can not drive on this side, you won't be looking at a bunch of cars parked on the beach unlike the north side of New Smyrna.

              The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
              The pool/jacuzzi, clubhouse and fitness center is oceanfront unlike most beach condos. It is nice to relax by the pool and not feel like I'm missing out from the beach.
