  I reserved this property for the week of Thanksgiving 2011 and I just want to say nothing disappointed me or any member of our family. We had 4 generations under the same roof for the first time ever. The photos don't do it justice. Loved the room sizes (large), the big kitchen, views from all the porches, all the collection of pots and pans for preparing a large Thanksgiving meal. The owners did a great job of furnishing every room and I must say, all my family talked about how comfortable the beds were. I highly recommend this property and hopefully I will be staying there again. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful place for our family reunion.

  I don't always write reviews. But, I had to write one for this property and property owner. The property was very clean, very up to date, very well decorated, and very comfortable in every way! Lisa was very friendly, very accomodating, and communicated very efficiently! The place was awesome! Even though, the property is located accross the street. You can still see the ocean between the homes across the street from the main level, kitchen and living room. You can also see the ocean pretty well from the lower deck. You can see more of the ocean from the top deck, gorgeous view. The property has everything you need, gas grill, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower in master. Each bedroom has a bathroom adjoining the bedroom! There is a tv in every room, except the children's room. You can still dine outside on the picnic table. If it was raining very badly. You also don't have to get wet when going to your vehicle. Since, the vehicles are located beneath the home. Although, we didn't have this issue. It was beautiful weather all four days and nights we were there! There is an outside shower to wash the sand off of your body when returning from the beach. There is sink outside near the gas grill to allow you to wash food and prepare it outdoors! =) The hardwood floors in the living room are gorgeous. The paint on the walls is a good color. The appliances in the kitchen are stainless and very modern, including ice and water dispenser on the refrigerator. There is also a very nice toaster oven and blender on the counter. This place has everything you need down to the corkscrew! =) We had a wonderful and comfortable stay for four days and four nights. If we ever get back to Edisto again. We will be contacting Lisa! Lisa and her property has to be one of the best on the whole island! If you are considering this property. I suggest you rent it! You will not be disappointed at all!!!!!!!

  Spent a week there in July. Great place to just relax, sit on the porch or take a stroll on the beach. Just a short drive to Charleston for shopping and dinner or dine on the island at one of the local eateries. Great property for a large group or family.

  Just want to say thank you. We had a GREAT time and considered the property HIGH END. What a wonderful floor plan, everybody got their own room and bathroom. Two porches, a sundeck, and two family rooms gave plenty of entertainment space. The kitchen was outfitted exceptionally well. And we ADORED the decor. We decided that we will definitely will try to make it back next year!!
