This gorgeous, new custom home is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and the picturesque Bear Creek in the heart of Alpine Meadows. This unique resort home is centrally located to enjoy all of Tahoe's mountain and lake activities year-round. The high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows offer spectacular views from every room. Summer or winter, this spacious 3000 plus square feet retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people with four plus bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

There are two master suites each with its own gas fireplace and spa like bathroom to pamper you. In the "Grove Suite," you can enjoy the two sided fireplace either from the king-size bed or the double whirlpool spa and the open air double shower all done in marble and Verdi Orizza Grnaite from Corsica. The "River Suite" is done in exotic blue Sodalite granite from Africa and has a double whirlpool spa with a waterfall faucet and a two headed shower. The fireplace can be enjoyed from the spa or the four posted king-size bed. The master spa is separated from the bedroom by double glass doors etched in a river and mountain scene. Both master suites have walk-in closets and large picture windows to enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

The third bedroom, the "Rock Garden Room," has a king or twin trundle bed with a queen bed in the loft area. The fourth bedroom has bunkbeds set up for the kids. The "Media Room" has accommodations for two more on its custom sofabed. This room is also great for kids both big and small to enjoy their favorite movie complete with surround sound and a microwave for popcorn.

Other amenities include a full bathroom on this lower level and laundry facilities. All floors are radiantly heated. The "Game/Library Room is equipped with interesting books, games, and a foosball table for you to relax and enjoy. All three TV's include 100 plus satellite channels and VCR/DVD.

On the main level, the "Great Room" is very spacious and open with a granite fireplace and floor to ceiling windows to view the creek and spectacular mountain scenery. From all areas of the great room you can watch TV, enjoy the fireplace, and socialize with family and friends. The bamboo floors throughout this area are warmed with radiant heat.

The large cherry dinning table accommodates ten to twelve and additional seating is available at the granite kitchen counter. The fully-equipped kitchen is set up for the gourmet chef in mind with a five burner gas stove, electric convection oven, microwave/convection "Ultima Cook" oven, double drawer dishwasher, as well as instant hot water and cold filtered spring water from the refrigerator/freezer. This exquisite kitchen is surrounded with cherry cabinets and beautiful Verde Fuoco granite from Australia.

This unique home is one of the few homes in the valley that has easy access from the driveway to the front door. There are no steps and it is wheelchair accessible. The front air lock entry has a glass-etched mountain scene and is a great place to take off your wet gear. Free daily shuttle to and from Alpine Meadows Ski Area from the front door. As our guests, you will also have the use of our grand deck overlooking the creek and the valley, complete with a gas barbeque and a large spa hot tub.

Unlike any other home in the area, the caretaker who lives in a separate unit over the garage can also provide unique services to make your vacation a true vacation. The following services can be provided for an additional fee: grocery shopping and stocking, shuttle service, cooking, daily cleaning, childcare, massage and personal tour guide.
