Come, visit and enjoy our home, which sits right on a lovely lake and just two short blocks from the ocean. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a TV, 2 full baths and a washer/dryer unit. The living room has a pullout queen sofa and a double futon. Fully stocked kitchen. 1 covered assigned parking space and 1 uncovered assigned parking space. New exterior siding, windows and sliding glass doors. In the summer the city has free movies at the lake park on Sunday evenings and fireworks on the beach every Thursday night.

The pictures truly dont do justice. Beautiful views, close by everything and yet private. Property was very clean and well taken care of. Owner goes out of her way to accommodate. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

About the owner: We are from Long Island, NY. We have 2 children 11 and 15. We have been down here in Raleigh for almost 5 years. My husband is in the restaurant business and I am a pharmacy technician.
Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach:
Having grown up on Long Island, we were spoiled by being surrounded by beaches. We moved down here in 2005 and really missed the beach. We stumbled upon Carolina Beach and just loved it! We decided that's where we'd like to spend our free time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love going to the beach and just relaxing. We love to take walks around the lake and the kids like to ride their bikes and scooters around the lake. The outdoor Sunday night movies are always fun!
