Well decorated, spacious, two bedroom, two bath condo is located at Hilton Head Resort, a gated community with its own private beach. Our balcony overlooks two lagoons with a fountain and abundant with wildlife. Beyond the lagoons is a breathtaking view of a marsh and the ocean. A 200 yard boardwalk takes you across the marsh to the resort's own private cabana, where guests can relax at the beach while enjoying their favorite food and drinks. A golf cart shuttle is also available to get you to the beach!
The condo's location is in a tranquil setting. The only noise heard are the birds singing to you during the day and frogs serenading you at night! The condo is perfect for getting away from the hurried life and enjoying family and friends.

Year Purchased: 2005
Jim & Gina Laguzza live in a condo on the Missouri River in downtown Omaha Nebraska. They also own a home on a lake in Yankton South Dakota. It was appropriate to own property on the ocean. A long road trip searching the east coast helped them decide to purchase a condo at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
We decided to purchase this condo because of its quiet setting on a relatively quiet island. The lack of street lights and absence of tall high-rise buildings gives Hilton Head a unique look compared to other areas on the Atlantic Ocean!

Very quiet, with the exception of those wonderful frogs in the lagoon :) We had a short walk to the beach, and a golf cart available to carry us AND our stuff down to the beach if we needed. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with necessities. We absolutely loved our stay there!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
