ABOUT OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Our privately owned, 2BR/2BA non-smoking condominium is nice and clean, newly updated and decorated with your comfort and convenience in mind. This bright, contemporary end unit offers more privacy and more natural light than other units and features tile floors, crown molding and 1' faux wood blinds throughout. We added a built-in cabinet with a large mirror in the dining/kitchen area that offers extra counter and storage space - as well as an extra spot to put on makeup or blow dry your hair. The roomy kitchen is fully equipped, has freshly painted kitchen cabinets and all major appliances including a bagel toaster, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker, George Foreman grill, electric stove, new microwave, new dishwasher and new refrigerator with ice maker. There is dinner service for 12, which means you’ll spend less time washing dishes and more time enjoying the beach!
The comfortable master bedroom has a private bath, queen-size Tempurpedic bed, blackout curtains and 19-inch flat screen television with DVD. The guest suite also has a comfortable queen-size bed, blackout curtains, 19-inch flat screen television with DVD and private bathroom. The living room is newly redecorated, has a 27-inch television and DVD. The dining area features seating for 6 and a new, built-in cabinet offering additional counter space, mirror and storage. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms and there is also a full size ironing board and steam iron here for your use.
FREE wireless, high-speed internet and cable television are available throughout the unit. Our condo is ideal for 4 guests but with the queen-size sleeper sofa, this unit can accommodate up to six people. Professionally decorated in a welcoming “Pottery Barn meets Coastal Living” style, our condominium at Gulf Shores Plantation promises each guest a wonderful southern-style vacation on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Excellent accomodations. We enjoyed the condo immensely. Had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay here again. The owners are very easy to work with. Thanks for having us. Had a great time! Easy access and easy dealing with the owners. I also liked seeing all the security aound the grounds. My kids really liked the indoor pool. We had such a nice vacation...it was hard to leave! The unit was well decorated with all the moden things of home! The owner (Brandon) was so easy and friendly to work with...I wish all vacation owners were as helpful as him. I would highly recommend your vacation here at the Plantation - wonderful beach, warm water, great pools for all ages, perfect weather, even yummy pizza at the onsite cafe and a nice place to rest your head at the end of a fun day. We had a wonderful time at the beach. This was our first time to stay at Fort Morgan. The condo was very nice. The photos on the website represented everything very well. This condo was decorated with a very welcoming decor and was well equipped with everything that we needed. The Gulf Shore's Plantation property was also very nice. It was quiet and relaxing and our condo was only a short walk to the beach. Brandon was very nice and professional when booking our reservation. I would highly recommend this condo for a great deal and fun time to get away from the crowds that you usually deal with at the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first trip to Ft. Morgan and we had a great time! We were pleased to find some luxurious touches in the condo, such as the Tempur-pedic mattress. Very nice! It was a short walk to the beach. Also, there are lots of pools at this complex, so it was easy to find one that wasn't crowded. Mr. Horton made sure that we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. I felt we got a great value.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Shores Plantation:
We have always enjoyed visiting The Plantation because it is a quiet, family-friendly, low-density resort that is off the beaten path. This resort has more room and more beach frontage than most other complexes and doesn't feel overcrowded - even in the busiest season. We have always thought The Plantation was the best value on the Gulf. We were thrilled to be able to purchase this unit and we enjoy going down as often as possible. The Plantation is one of our favorite places to go to relax and just get away - in the summer and the winter.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have thousands of feet of uncrowded sugar white beaches, onsite Starbucks Coffee, plenty of activities for kids, a huge indoor pool, and historical Ft. Morgan and the Mobile Bay Ferry are just a few miles away. The stars seem to shine brighter out Ft. Morgan Road. We are next door to a championship golf course at Kiva Dunes and we often have breakfast at the Kiva Dunes Restaurant. Our favorite ritual is walking on the beach sipping our coffee, watching the sun rise and picking up beautiful shells.
