  An awesome stay. The dock and second story balconies were so much fun and wonderful. It has a lovely view of the lake and a great location. Tons of room for relaxing and sleeping. The kitchen is exceptionally nice and efficient. I highly recommend this estate for anyone who loves the lake or just having a good time in general.

  My husband and I wanted to return to Lewis Smith Lake for our anniversary and found this house in VRBO, a lot more house than we needed but the description was so enticing! The view was gorgeous, the whole property inside and out was immaculate and roomy plus it had a covered dock for our boat. The one drawback for me was the discovery that the path to the boat was pretty steep and being afraid of heights the walkway to the dock was nearly overwhelming. I learned to follow my husband and look at his feet instead of down to the water and it was all worth it when I got there. Was almost used to it by the end. I would highly recommend this house for anyone for the cleanliness and amenities, but if you have any mobility limitations and want an easy trek to the boat, this may not be for you.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rock Creek Cottage. The central location on the lake made it great for exploring the entire lake by boat. We took 2 boats and really loved the dock. We launched at Hiddon Cove - very nice people and close by the house. The view from the house was great - beautiful sunrises!! There are 95 steps down to the dock but they really did not bother us. The dock is well worth the walk! The house was very comfortable for all of us. Sondra was great to work with too. I also am very appreciative to have a place we can take our dog - he loved it too!!! Thanks for offering such a nice place to rent on Smith Lake. We will return!!

  Extremely pleased with my decision in renting this home for a wedding weekend at the lake. Very clean and offered just about anything you would need for an enjoyable time on the water. I will definitely be renting again in the future! And kind owners are always a plus! Thank you very much! We loved it

  This home is a perfect lake place - well decorated and sitting on a bluff overlooking one of the most beautiful views on Lewis Smith Lake. Nice dock for your boat (there are quite a few steps, but well worth the walk) and it's on a deep and clear bay off Rock Creek, offering both excellent fishing and boating. Fun for kids of all ages. Would definitely stay again-
