VACATION HOME FEATURES AND AMENITIES:
The master bedroom's four-post king size bed balance the lofty ceiling. The master is adjacent to the courtyard and located in a separate wing of the house and has its' own convenient flat screen HDTV. The master bathroom is your private spa with soaking tub, separate stall shower and deep walk in closet.

Bedroom #2 and #3 are located in the opposite wing of the house. Bedroom #2 has 2 full size beds and a flat screen TV. Bedroom #3 has 1 twin size day bed plus an office area. Those occupying the guest bedrooms will find the rooms tastefully furnished.

The second bathroom has a soaking tub with overhead shower it is shared by bedroom #2 and #3. The guest 1/2 bath is located in the central hallway near the common areas. Linens and towels are provided

The overall look of the interior is casual and sophisticated yet warm and inviting offering contemporary comforts. Echoing the desert’s tranquility a soothing palette of beige, brown, crème with pops of blue/green was chosen for the interior. The seating and dining areas of the living room are accentuated by large windows that provide an uninterrupted view of the inviting outdoor courtyard retreat.

KITCHEN: An attractive kitchen is open to the family room. The kitchen is light, bright with views of the pools/spa and mountains beyond. Equipped with GE Profile appliances—refrigerator, cook top, oven, microwave, slab granite counter tops, large center island breakfast bar, butler pantry, double sink, plus separate vegetable sink. Our kitchen is well equipped with cooking ware, dishes, coffee maker, blender and much more.

HOME ENTERTAINMENT: The family room's open style floor plan is the heart of the home. It is adjacent to the backyard, pool and spa this is a great entertainment area. There are multiple seating areas, a cozy gas burning fireplace, a 42" flat screen tv, cable channel network include: DVR, movies and sports channels, blu ray DVD player, and stereo system with MP3/iPod docking station all within this comfortable large space.
