  my family enjoyed our stay very much . It is close enough to the beach to walk everyday, good exercise. would go back again Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Most likely.

  We were very pleased with "Just Beachy". Perfect for the 7 of us. We had lots of room and loved the decor. The beds were so comfy! Close enough to the beach that we dropped our stuff off and then walked or biked back and forth for lunch, afternoon naps, etc. It was nice that the kids could head downstairs to watch tv or just hang out. Our best meal was at MacElwee's Seafood and the best pizza was at Huckapoo's. We did a Dophin Cruise (Capt Mike's), Kayaked (Aj's), and actually "swam" with the dolphins on our last day - literally feet away from us at the beach!! A great vacation!   We went down to Tybee with some close friends for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. As another review mentioned, Just Beachy looks exactly like it does in the pictures; maybe even better! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and quite roomy. The staff at TVR was very friendly and easy to work with. Even though the house is not on the beach it was just a quick walk away. In fact, we walked or rode our bikes most everywhere we went that weekend and rarely used our car all weekend. We were actually glad we didn't stay any closer to the beach as it was quite crowded that weekend and we were able to get away from the crowds and enjoy the quite evenings back at Just Beachy. We will definitely rent this house again. Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Absolutely!

  We had a great time, the house is lovely. Plenty of room for our family and siberian husky. Large table for family dinners and game nights. Great fenced in yard for Pearl! Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Absolutely!

  This was my friends and I second year going out of town for the weekend. We all really loved our stay at Just Beachy. It was very comfortable, and very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the balcony, and the back yard. And it accommodated all 9 of us!!!

  Review from Trip Advisor: We loved Just Beachy. It was very clean. Everything was in working order. Close enough to walk to the beach but far enough away to not have to deal with any traffic. Everyone loved the beds. They were very comfortable. It was also very affordable for all you get. There was plenty of space for everyone and we had nine people total. The appliances were all nice and in good working order. We cannot say enough good things about Just Beachy. Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Absolutely!

  Trip Advisor Review: It was great. Nice house, the right amount of space. Easy walk to the beach. Hope to be back next year. The Weird Georgia book was great. Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Absolutely!

  Trip Advisor Review: I did so much research on this house, even found the blog of the people that remodled it. Truely amazing, it looked exactly like in the pictures. We had such a great time withour friends and family on our 1 yr wedding anniversary that were considering makinging it annual. I have been referring TVR to other folks and they have made arrangements and are excited too. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Kesha L. Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend?   Just Beachy was a wonderful place to have a family reunion. We were a short walk to the beach and could walk or bike anywhere on the island. The house was very comfortable for our children (2 under 6 yrs) and extended family (6 adults in all). We loved the back deck for hanging out in the evening. Outdoor shower was great for after the beach. We even hung up our hammocks in the back yard and had nice shade for most of the day. We will definitely be returning to this home in the future. Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Absolutely!
