The house is beautiful inside and very clean. It can sleep 12 very comfortably and was a great place to stay for skiing at Sunday River. It took about 15 minutes to get to the mountain in the morning and was a very easy ride. It was missing a few essentials that are listed in the description (second TV, Wii, Foosball table, etc.), but I believe this was because the house is brand new. We will definitely rent from Rich again in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thanks Matt for noting the cleanliness of the house as we make it a priority that guests of Two Bears Two arrive to a house that is spotless. As far as the missing essentials, these are listed in the description for Two Bears Lodge, our four bedroom home in Bethel. Two Bears Two does have the 40" LCD HDTV, DirectTV satellite, blu-ray DVD player, and wireless internet access. We hope that by the 2011-12 ski season that we will complete the build out of the recreation room and add a second LCD TV and pool table.

The house was a great fit for my family (3 of us), my parents (2) and my brother's family (3). Excellent value for the location! The house is about 15-20 minutes from Sunday River. The fireplace keeps you toasty at night and the hot tub was fun after a long day of skiing.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
