This furnished Studio Apartment is located on a tree lined street one block from Copacabana beach, posto 6 Includes, 24 hour security, 32 inch Sony Flat HD TV, Sony DVD, quiet Air Conditioning 9000 BTU , fully equipped kitchen, very strong water pressure with hot water in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks, fan in the living room, Bose Sound System, HIGH SPEED 1 queen bed, one fold out Sofa Bed, sleeps total of 3 plenty of clean towels provided up on check in. Guests allowed, includes weekly cleaning, 5 minute walk to Ipenema beach, close to great restaurants, shopping and cinemas. Stayed in this studio apartment and all I can say is this place looks exactly like the pictures . Very clean A new bed ,microwave, freshly painted, granite counter tops, very nice bathroom. I would say without A doubt the best rental that I have done with VRBO. Oh and did I forget it is only 1 block from the beach. Thank you Martin for a great stay in Rio I will be back. It was great to be in Rio again with the same wonderful hosts. Very nice apartment, fantastic location, helpful and friendly host. The pictures and the description of apartment are appropriate. Without doubt a "five-star". Excellent location close to the beach, many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and transport. The area felt safe when walking at night. Apartment had a very comfortable king-sized bed, A/C, internet, TV, safe, fridge, etc.Great communication with the host and I recommend this apartment if you are coming to Rio for a long or short stay. The host Vivian, she is really nice and helpful and she can assist you in Spanish and English. I would stay there again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I loved the apartment from the minute I arrived! I met Vivian at the property she checked me in, showed me how everything in the apartment worked and even gave me a free local cell phone to use for my stay in Rio! The property is completely remodeled and very clean, the internet is fast, and the apartment is centrally located walking distance to Ipanema with supermarkets, pharmacy and grocery stores all just steps away! This was our first trip to Brazil and we chose this apartment because we wanted to stay close to Copacabana beach. Anyway, we ended up liking the Ipanema beach more, so we where really lucky as the apartment was close to Ipanema also. The apartment itself was very nice and modern, not big, but well planed and perfect for us 2.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to the apartment, Chris met me at the property, checked me in, showed me how everything in the apartment worked and even came back with extra towels! All the staff at Rio Management were very friendly from the minute we arrived to Rio they even set up tours of the city by an English speaking driver and they gave us a free cell phone and answered our questions every time we called! This unit is well-decorated and has all amenities that anyone could need. It was particularly nice to stay here on the second week of my vacation because of the washer/dryer. It is in excellent condition, quiet, and spacious. It is in a perfect location -- so close to the prime beach, near the Hippie Fair, and excellent restaurants. I highly recommend the unit, and I would stay there again. I did not previously know the landlord, but found him to be both helpful, accommodating, and pleasant to work with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I suppose the only complaint I'd have about this apartment is that you can hear people from the streets at night, which can get worse during the weekend, and neighbours' dogs barking. Other than that, I have no complaints staying here, as the location is just perfect. It's next to Copacabana beach, and very near Ipanema. The best part was the great service from the staff who work with the owner of this place. Whenever I had any problems with the apartment (for eg if the lights blew), the staff would fix it promptly. Once I even needed to go to the hospital because I sprained my ankle, so I asked for a favour and the staff brought me to the hospital and stayed til the end to ensure everything was ok. Talk about world class service!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Ahoj, I had a greate time in Rio!!!!! The apartament is in a very good location, close to IPANEMA Beach on the end of COPACABANA.The price is also excelent.
