Stayed at this home for a weekend in September. We had a group of 11-18 at times and everyone seemed to enjoy the time we spent there. The pool was great - heated and very large. The kitchen area is very small and accomodates maybe 2 people at a time so it's hard to prepare meals for eveyone. The large table/eating area is great to share with the guests. Had some issues with cleaning crew arriving early even though we arranged for late check out. There is not alot of parking area at this home - in reality only space for 4 cars but we were able to fit 1-2 more at the end of the driveway. Also - renter very strict about washing towels and having everything done before cleaning crew arrives - and don't forget your own detergent as they check if the towels are properly cleaned or you will be charged extra. Overall a great house - on the older side, but good space and great access to pool and beach (walking distance).Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
