HEAVEN is what we named this vacation. It had been a few years since we had done a family vacation and after a terrible summer it was time for the family to get together and have a good time and that is what we did. It was so nice to have EVERYTHING right at your fingertips. The home was wonderful and the views were even better. we had no worries at all and everyone in the family did not want it to end. We looked and looked and just kept coming back to this unit. You won't be let down it is everything and more than a dream come true

Thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at the Christina's condo. Kitchen well stocked for those who choose to cook; plenty of wide open space for family gathering in kitchen/living area; hairdryers provided as well as a great stock of bathing products and toilet paper. Conscientious and easily available owner. Great beach umbrella service...J.D. Lee will be greatly missed after his recent death. Loved our entire stay, despite the nasty seaweed on the shore all week. Hope Destin will consider future frontloading this stuff and burying it as has been done in the past.

The PERFECT Condo in the Perfect Location!!!

My husband, 2 kids (ages 7 and 5) and my extended family (parents and siblings and their families) stayed in this condo and had a wonderful vacation for so many reasons. This condo is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. From the travertine floors to the 42" stainless steel refrigerator and chef's kitchen, to the fine furnhishings and stylish decor, this condo is very high-end. The layout of the condo made a huge impression as well. When you walk in the front door, you have a huge circular floyer with 4 rooms and a bathroom off the foyer. Each family had their own space, their own bathroom, and could have privacy when needed. Each bedroom had a large walk in closet and the bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of plush towels. Moving down the hall, the condo opens up into a very large kitching, dining, and living area. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pantry storage, and whetever else you may need. There was so much room that all 12 of us could comfortably sit, eat, and hang out without feeling crowed at all. Off of the hall is a laundry room like no other! It was the largest laundry room I have seen and offers plenty of room for storage. The master suite off of the living area was spectacular. So very large and comfortable with 2 large walk in closets and an enormous master bathroom. The balcony was one of our favorite parts of the condo. It is huge. Again, all 12 of us ate lunch on the balcony and had plenty of room to look at the white sands and emerald waters. I would say the location of this corner unit is the best in the whole complex. We have stayed in Destin before but never in the Crystal Beach area. I have found a new favorite area! In the past I had stayed at high-rises off of Highway 98. I am a runner and was having a hard time jogging on the main highway. Since this condo is on Scenic 98, it is the perfect place to walk, jog, or bike, and there were tons of people doing so. In addition, we thoroughly enjoyed walking to the oceanfront restaurant 790 on the gulf, eating dinner, and listening to the live music. We also had a great time at the Crab Trap oceanfront restaurant just a few minutes down Scenic Highway 98. It is a really fun atmosphere. We were 2 minutes away from Publix grocery store, 2 minutes away from Destin Commons, and close to everything. The location of this condo can't be beat, and we will definitely be back.

A Fantastic Vacation!

This condo was beautiful and very spacious. My wife and I , our 3 adult children, and their families all enjoyed a fantastic week in Destin. We had plenty of space and never felt crowded in the unit. The condo was fully euqipped, and all we needed were our food and drinks. Since the condo is located in Crystal Beach between Mirimar Beach and Henderson Beach State Park, the beach is very uncrowded (with no high rise complexes nearby) and great for relaxation. Scenic Highway 98, the beachfront road where the condo is located, has great sidewalks for jogging or walking and is very safe. The closeness to the mid-bay bridge is a plus for those vacationers coming from the north, and Highway 98 (which runs parallel to Scenic 98) has all the restaurants, attractions, and shopping you need to make your vacation enjoyable. The second floor beachfront corner unit offers a great view of the condo pool and hot tub as well as the beach. We all enjoyed sitting on the large gulf side balcony overlooking the beach and pool and feeling the gentle gulf breeze. We highly recommend this unit and the Dunes of Crystal Beach complex, and for those who like to sit on the beach, we suggest you advantage of the 4 purple beach umbrella chairs included! Thanks for a great vacation!

We just returned from a week in this unit. The building is in an excellent location, with a few restaurants within walking distance in Crystal Beach. The balcony is amazing, with plenty of space and a wonderful view of the gulf. The unit is well maintained and wonderfully decorated with plenty of space-we had eight adults and three kids. Four beach chairs come with the rental and were set up for us each day with a prime spot on the beach. Murphy (owner) was a pleasure to deal with and was very attentive to a few minor maintenance issues during the week. We hope to visit again next year!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at your beautiful condo! We chose to stay here due to the number of bedrooms and other space such as game room and wonderful deck. The condo was as advertised - elegant, yet comfy. Our group consisted of Grammie & Pops (GAP) plus our 2 children, their spouses and our 4 grandboys. We had plenty of room and if you can believe it, quiet time - the game room was certainly enjoyed by the grandboys and adults as well. The beach was wonderful and we highly recommend future renters purchase the beach setups - it was great having this available - always there when we wanted to be on the beach. And then to the pool! Hot tub was great - a little hot but still great.The owners gave us lots of info about local restaurants - Dewey Destins, The Donut Hole plus there are so many wonderful restaurants (Crab Trap, Pompano Joes, Fishermans Wharf, AJ's,). The outside deck got plenty of use too - lazy days - missing it all ready! The owner gave us codes for all doors, gates which meant no keys to worry about - we just let our 8, 6 and 5 year olds learn the codes then we were good to go! We would definitely recommend this condo. The location is central to everything but in a quiet section of beach. The white, soft, cool sand on the Emerald Coast is amazing!

Wonderful stay!

The only problem with this unit is having to leave it!! Everything was exactly as described. The pictures are beautiful but do not do this unit justice. The unit is so spacious! Although there were 11 in our party we never felt crowded. The laundry room is larger than my childhood bedroom! The appliances are new and well maintained. Due to the coded gates and coded doors, we felt very safe and secure. The location of the unit allowed us to keep a close eye on our teens while they swam in the pool and soaked up sun on the patio. We would definitely stay here again! Murphy was such a pleasure to work with!

This was our second winter at this property and it doesn't get much better. The view, the location, the accomadations, and all the appointments were 1st class. The owners are very gracious and easy to work with. We would highly recommend. "Repeat customers!"

My husband and I decided on Destin for our honeymoon, where we had no set schedule and could just relax. This place definitely delivered! The condo was beautiful and in great condition. All of the basic necessities were provided and then some. Kitchen was very nice! The owners were extremely helpful and were there to answer any questions we had very promptly. We could tell they wanted our experience to be the most enjoyable as possible. They even had a toast waiting on us when we arrived! There are codes to get into everything, so no need to worry about keeping up with a key or a card to get into places. The only negative I found was that the gate to get into the condos is not a drive up gate, someone has to get out every time and punch in the code. The area of the beach that the condo is on is ideal - as it is private beach front, so others can't come bombard the area. On a couple of occasions, large parties who were nonresidents of the condo tried setting up huge tents in the area and they were politely asked to move - that was nice to keep the beach traffic down. The beach chairs that are provided are wonderful and very comfortable. The sand is a beautiful white and we could see down to the bottom of the ocean floor even in water as deep as our neck. The weather stayed a perfect upper 80's all week long. Everything you could possibly need is within a 5 minute drive. We took some of their dining recommendations and it was delicious! It's definitely somewhere we will consider coming back with our families soon.

My children are already asking when we will have our next vacation at this fantastic condo on the pristine beaches of Destin. The layout and space of this unit is perfect to spend great quality family time together eating, playing games and just lounging around; while never getting in each others way. We had four girls who shared the bunk room, and not only did they not complain, but they actually commented on how "comfy" the beds were. My son, an avid LSU fan, loved the sofa and LSU throw rug in the 5th bedroom. My wife loved the master with the oversized bathroom for getting the kids ready for the beach each morning. We stayed with another couple and their two children, who all enjoyed having their own private balcony. And my favorite was the spacious and lush sofas on the balcony where both the adults and children could hangout at night to chat and listen to the ocean waves; and in the morning, watch the dolphins jumping out of the water. We have been renting 4 to 5 bedroom condos on the gulf coast for many years now, and this unit is by far the best one we have ever rented. Thanks Murphy and Monique for renting us your condo and your hospitable attention to ensuring all went well during our stay. Geaux Tigers! David and Sheila

What a great place.....Our family has stayed at this complex over the years in different units and by far this one is the BEST!!! The end unit looking over the pool is great. The family was so fantastic and so accomadating to work with, and the bedroom layouts were perfect for a few families traveling together. We will certainly be back!!!

We have stayed in a lot of Destin area condos over the last 20+ years and this one was fantastic. The owners were so easy to work with and helped to ensure a great trip. The condo amenities were outstanding as well. We really appreciated the convenience of having key pads for all entries, two reserved parking spaces, and the use of the owner's two sets of beach chairs and umbrellas. The location was great for dining, shopping, and recreation. Another great convenience is the short walk to the beach.

Exceptional condo. We had a very nice time the condo was very nice and spacious. The beach and pool were great (never crowded). We are planning on returning and making this a family vacation every few years. The beach chairs and umbrellas included are great. The only problem we experienced was an issue with our cell phones not working in the condo.

My hesitancy to write a review from our May visit is out of pure selfishness....I don't want to share this property with anyone!! We had an incredible week and loved having room to spread out. We were traveling with our kids and our grandson and the large balcony was one of our favorite spots. The decor was incredible but still comfortable. We like to enjoy the beach during the day and simply relax at night so the gourmet kitchen was a huge hit with my family. We will be back next year and look forward to coming back to our new home in Destin!

The location of the condo is ideal - beautiful private beach right outside the door and within walking distance of several restaurants. The building is very well maintained with a nice patio/pool area and secured underground parking. The rooms were spacious, immaculately maintained, and nicely decorated. Everything you need for a great vacation is available, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool toys, games to play in the evening. The owner was very helpful and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend!

The pictures do not do it justice. All of the amenities of the unit were top end. The location is convienent to dining, shopping, and walking. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. We have been coming to Destin for 10 years and this is the most beautiful unit we have stayed in. The owners are great to work with. Highly recommend. We will be back.

The pictures caught our attention. When we walked into the unit for the first time, we knew this place was going to be perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. You can spend your entire visit on the balcony and never leave! Comfortable furniture, beautiful views. We had planned to eat out more often, but we cooked everything in the the high end, well stocked kitchen. Put the teenagers in the rear media room with the big flatscreen while we caught the football games on the living room's huge flatscreen. Close to everything in Destin! A very quite complex. Owner is extremely pleasant to work with. Plenty of personal touches throughout. Made sure everything in the unit was as described and wanted to insure that we were comfortable. We'll be back..... for sure!

We had 12 in our group and the place was perfect! The children loved the bunk beds and all the adults enjoyed their own rooms! The pictures of this place do not truly represent how GREAT it is . You could enjoy the view of the ocean from the dining table or the huge balcony. Sitting on the balcony in the morning was almost as good as being on the beach. The owner is excellent to work with. We felt like we made a new friend. Ladies the mall (Destin Commons) is less than 5 minutes away and men you can enjoy the large plasm tv in the living room. We left in amazement of how great the place was and how wonderful it was having the ocean at our back door. We will not look again for a place to stay. It is a very friendly atmosphere. We met some great people who either owned or were just visiting like us. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Home sweet home.

The condo was GREAT! We have stayed in this complex but never in this unit. It is extremely nice very well layed out and GREAT views. You can see the pool from this unit as well and miles and miles of beach. The property owner were easy to work with and made us feel very welcome to their "home away from home". My husband and I feel as though we have made new friends. We hope to rent from them every year. I would highly recommend this unit!!!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was not overcrowded since the condo is not in a large high rise facility and beach access is very convenient. The unit itself is huge and very well maintained. High-end kitchen and bathrooms really make it feel like a vacation. I would stay here every year if it was available and definitely recommend to a friend.
