Excellent property for families who are vacationing in Orlando and visiting Disney. It was nice to come home to the pool, games room and kitchen to cook dinner. The house is close to the theme parks, Orlando tourist attractions and grocery stores. My teenager loved the fact that it had wifi and we enjoyed watching movies on Netflix at night.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The house was absolutely perfect for our group! We had 6 adults and 4 kids and not once did we feel crowded. The pool was amazing, the house was clean and had everything we needed, best of all the owners helped us with any issues/questions we had without hesitation. The location was also perfect for us with Disney minutes away as well as shopping and other attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

From start to finish the friendly, efficient service offered from the owners was was first-class! Full details of the villa was received as soon as the booking was made. These proved to be an accurate description of the first-class facilities the villa offered. The villa itself was spotless with great attention to detail. Our group ranged in age from 17 to 70 and we all enjoyed the wonderful villa, free WIFI (the villa even provides a computer!!) and pool. The villa's location (only a couple of minutes to the I4) meant we were near to all Orlando attractions, as well as doing day trips to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Centre.and Busch Gardens. We will certainly be returning in the next couple of years!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have gone to Orlando many times, but this was our first time staying at a vacation home instead of a hotel. We were suprised by how much space we had and the nice high ceilings. It was a nice change from a cramped hotel room. The place was very clean and inviting. The private pool was a hit, we swam before we went on our day outings and again when we got back. The location was very easy to get to any of the Orland attractions. The Publix grocery store (up the street) was great to save on having every meat out. We would definitely return!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We meet my parents every year near Orlando and rent a different house each time. We have been pleasantly surprised as well as greatly disappointed. Luckily, this home was just as described and pictured. Neighborhood was nice to walk around, ample room inside and beautiful pool outside. Had what we needed and the grocery store was close by. Thanks so much!Recommended for: Families with young children.

this place was awesome!!! close to everything roomy quit and just GREAT!!! there was 10 of us and plenty of room and it was just so great!!! We were lucky enough to find this property for our visit to Disney World. The layout was perfect for our visiting family and was a nice retreat from the crowds and heat in Disney. The kids loved the pool and made great use of it along with the games room in the garage. The carpets were recently replaced and the home was well equipped, clean and well maintained. Kim and Wendy, the owners, were extremely helpful and made the paperwork seamless. They arranged to have Tony greet us when we arrived and he was very welcoming, providing us with vital information about the home and also how to get around, best places to eat, etc. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation home and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Orlando area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I've stayed in multiple places in Florida and have finally found the home I'll return to. In fact, I re-booked this home for our summer trip before leaving my winter vacation. It's comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Working with the owners for details/payments was a breeze. They were fast/responsive and friendly. The home itself is in a gated community, it has a nice pool, plenty of space, and the furniture is comfortable. If you've been to a rental that has stiff furnishings, you'll appreciate this comment! I've found my "go to" home for my future Disney trips. Thanks so much for opening your house - we really enjoyed it. We stayed at Kim and Wendie's house for 1 week this Summer (July). It was absolutely the best decision we could have made. The house is very clean and spacious. I don't think there's anything that you could possibly need because it's all provided. We loved the fact that there were toys and play dough for the kids. The pool is so nice after spending time at the theme parks. We never did get a very good look at the gator in the pond behind the house though. The house is about 10 minutes from Disney and there is a grocery store about 5 minutes away. So the location is excellent. I don't think I can say enough good things about this property or Wendie and Kim. Thanks very much and we're already planning a return trip next Summer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
