Spectacular New Luxury House Steps to Beach, with Huge Theater

  My whole family just stayed in this beautiful home for a week. We had a spectacular time. There is so much room to either go on back patio, roof top or the several balconies. Inside living space is very good and cooking in the kitchen was a treat. We went to beach several times, short walk, rode bikes on boardwalk, did the Disney park and went to USS Battleship. We ate thanksgiving dinner on the roof top with the beautiful view. I recommend this home to anyone as we enjoyed it thoroughly.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House has incredible kitchen, innovative lighting, sliding glass wall into patio area. We used bikes for rides along the beach and appreciated the close proximity to running path and beach path. Would highly recommend. Note: Property has many steps making it inaccessible to people with mobility issues.

  This is our fifth so-Cal house rental. For this one, we rented this Hermosa Beach house for our family as part of a Southern California destination wedding. The house is spacious and beautiful. The location is walking distance to the beach and is located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. I used one of the bikes and road for miles along the strand. The other huge convienience is the proximity to LAX airport -- it is a straight shot on PCH/Sepulveda -- less than 20 minutes. The kitchen and large family room with glass sliding wall out to the patio was the perfect hang out for our family. Kitchen is very nice. Bedrooms are spacious. Driveway parking for two cars plus easy street parking worked well. They even had toys for our granddaughters to use. Everything was clean. All-in-all, a good experience for us.

  This is a great house and the location couldn't be better! It's a short walk to the beach and the Main Street. From the roof deck to the media room, the house is perfectly laid out. A weekend stay was too short - wish we had more time! Thanks

  Thanks for a wonderfule stay. This is the best house in Hermosa Beach - great open space, fantastic bbq and gas stove, huge movie theater for watching all the films we missed in the cinema, and an amazing roofdeck to take in the serenity. The house is so close to the airport it was so easy for my group to fly into LAX from across the country to enjoy the weekend. Hopefully we'll be back again soon!

  We spent 10 days at this beautiful home with family and friends. It is spacious and nicely decorated. Four bedrooms meant plenty of room to sleep and the large kitchen was a great gathering spot in the evenings. The kids especially enjoyed the pool/ping pong table and theater room. The owner was very responsive with the few things that needed adjustment. The owner's housekeeper does a wonderful job with keeping the home clean! Would recommend this home!

  We spent a week in this luxurious property as it was the perfect home to bring together our extended family from other states for a summer vacation. While we were apprehensive of staying anywhere off the beach (even a few blocks), everyone agreed that it was the best decision we made in terms of lodging. It is a short walk to the beach, use of one of the four bikes available, and easy 2 min drop off/pick up of excess beach equipment (we had 10+ at the beach each day as we had 14 family members there at one point without feeling crowded). There was plenty of space for everyone to relax on the three levels and roof top. The theatre, work out room, and game area gave the kids plenty to do while not on the beach. Everyone was impressed with the attention to detail on the decor and design of the property. Finally, Carl was an absent but attentive host (responsive to vmail or email) and that was really appeciated while we enjoyed our time together as a family. We would recommend this property to anyone whom enjoys space, comfort, a relaxing experience (even with larger parties of 8+) and its great for kids. We will definitely make it back to Hermosa Beach and reconnect with Carl as everyone in our party was impressed with the property.

  Upon arrival it was one of the best houses I had ever seen. Every detail was covered and the experience of all 10 of my colleagues and myself was the same....Best Venue Ever for one of our Team Building destinations. The President and Executive Vice President of my company had such a great time that they both sent me personal text messages reiterating their enjoyment of the venue. I am looking forward to eventually making this a destination in the future.

  The pros: The house is absolutely beautiful and well kept. The owner, Carl, is very attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry or questions. The pool table and ping pong table are fun to have to kill time during down time. The house is a close walk to the beach and pier. Parking near the beach can be painful, however there's free street parking if you get there early enough. Overall our group had a good time and enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place. The Cons:It's worth mentioning that the neighbors are very close, and we were warned that they were sensitive. Which made me a bit worried that we were going to get a noise complaint every time there was a loud outburst playing ping pong or pool, or just hanging out outside. Also there's no hood over the stove, and the fire alarm went off went off often even with light cooking(warming up tortillas in a pan). Which brings us back to the concerns of a noise complaint.
