-The dock can accommodate a 24 foot boat under the roof and nearly any size boat tied to its side
-Over 1300 sq ft of living space – completely remodeled immediately after purchase
-King bed in master bedroom with a full bath attached with a large soaking tub
-Second bedroom with a Queen-sized bed
-Third bedroom with a bunk bed
-Additional full bath near the two bedrooms
-Larger open floor plan with Bamboo hardwood floors
-There is a 40 foot by 10 foot deck on the lake side of the house with benches along the railing.
-Picnic table and fire pit between the house and the lake
-Completely remodeled in 2009 with additional kitchen updates in 2011

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was nice and clean and was just as describe. The house is away from the busy traffic on 150, but close enough to shopping and dining. Would recommend to anyone. We will more than likely be back next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the lake house. The atmosphere was perfect. The home was very clean and perfect for us. We enjoyed early mornings outside by the dock, swimming and boating during the day. We played games, and cooked up some great food outdoors and indoors. Dale was very accomodating went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information about his home and the area. We recommend this home and getaway to anyone that is looking to get away and relax.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway.

Our contact with the owner has been an extremely favorable experience. He and his family made us feel welcomed immediately upon our arrival. Greeting us at the start of our two-week stay were fresh flowers on the table! This was the beginning of what turned out to be a great vacation in a most comfortable "home away from home." The location is convenient to everything, but at the same time being in a serene setting overlooking a beautiful wide cove. The dock was awesome to relax on, fish, etc. - and was perfect for the pontoon we rented. We put everything to good use, do surely recommend this rental, and if circumstances permit, we will will return. It was the perfect place to spend time with our dear family and to reunite with old friends. Yes, we are totally satisfied having chosen this rental property where wonderful memories were indeed made -- most especially as it is the place we met our precious newest grandchild for the first time! Does it get better than this? THANK YOU SO MUCH, D&G!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Mooresville:
I have been coming to Lake Norman for over 20 years, and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and beauty of the Lake Norman area. I purchased the home in hopes of a future relocation to the area by my employer. As soon as I saw the house, I knew it was for me. The location and the lot are what I love the most. The house is located in an area in which my family and I do a lot of our water sports. As well the cove is an area in which we anchor out and relax for the day. Another added feature is the proximity to my sister's home. Ironically it is closer and quicker to go to her house by boat than it is by car.
