Condominium Features: This two story two-bedroom plus loft condominium was completely remodeled in 2007. The property features hardwood floors, new carpet, stone tile, stone and granite countertops, Whirlpool stainless appliances, wireless internet and a 37' flat panel TV/DVD/CD system for your enjoyment. The Indian Springs Condominiums are located in the heart of Elkhorn directly across from the Village Center. This unit comes with full access to the Elkhorn amenities.
On the entry level you'll find the living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling open to the loft above. There is a small deck off the living room that overlooks a stream that goes into a small pond. There is a gas fireplace, 37' flat panel TV/DVD/CD system in the living area, dining area that seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances including a built-in microwave above the flat top electric stove. The Master bedroom is also located on this level and has a Queen bed, flat panel TV/DVD with the bath located just off the Master with an oversize stone tiled shower with sliding glass door.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with Queen bed, TV and hall access bath with a deep soaker tub and stone tiled floors and countertops. Down the hallway you'll find the loft area that has twin beds and the hall closet has a stackable washer and dryer.
This unit comfortably sleeps 6 and offers spacious accommodations with great light in the living area. Condo has approximately 1200 square feet and complex offers free outdoor parking. You can access the bike path which runs thru the Village area and will get you to the bigger path that runs north and south of Ketchum along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. The Village path will get you over to Sun Valley Village too for shopping and dining. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well and each bathroom has a hair dryer.
This condominium is located in the heart of Elkhorn Village within walking distance to the free shuttle. The Indian Springs is also within walking distance from the grocery store and post office. During the summer months, golf, swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center. The free shuttle picks up just a block away, which will transport you to ski lifts on Dollar Mountain, Bald Mountain, down town Ketchum, Sun Valley resort and Elkhorn resort. Sun Valley has added a new gondola on the River Run side of Bald Mountain.

We had a great time! The condo was clean and nice. We had everything we needed! The hot tub was nice. We would love to go back soon! We made a quick weekend up to Sun Valley to do some spring skiing and had a great time. The property owner was great to work with and extremely nice. The condo was exactly as described in the VRBO listing. The condo had one of the most complete kitchens we have experienced in many VRBO rentals. We were able to prepare several meals and have relaxing mornings in the condo. Loved the Belgium waffle maker. Great Condo!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

My family and I just returned from a glorious week of skiing in Sun Valley and stayed at this condo. Very comfortable for a family of 4 - it was spotless and had everything we needed. Great kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds and a nice gas fireplace - what else could one need? It was a quick drive to Dollar and you could even ski down Elkhorn and walk to the condo if you were so inclined! We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We just spent a week at the Condo and had a wonderful time. The Condo has been beautifully updated and was perfect for our stay. The condo location was great for easy pool and tennis access. We are already planning a return trip. This is a very nice condo. We had a great time staying here. Inside is clean and updated with beautiful furnishings/tvs/tile/granite etc. My kids loved the Village Swimming pool within walking distance. For people not familliar with the area, the condo is not in the Sun Valley resort condos but it is a short 1 minute drive to the resort. It is in the Elkhorn resort condos. It is a great area. The free city bus stops close to the condo and will take you to Sun Valley or Ketchum. Biking trails all around and great golf courses very close by too. The owner is very nice and helpful! We had a great stay!! Would definitely reccommend!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed in many condos in the Sun Valley area in the last 15 + years and we were impressed with not only the convenient location but with how beautiful this condo is. It is well taken care of and has a great floor plan. I would reccommend this to anyone looking for a well appointed, quiet and convienant location! We definitely will plan on staying in this unit again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Hi,we are the Dudleys and we love Sun Valley. We discovered it about 10 years ago and have been visiting 3 or 4 times a year ever since. There is always something to do for the entire family. Winter has us skiing downhill and cross-country. Spring is crisp and starts the bike riding season. Summer has concerts, mountain biking, swimming, tennis and after desert walks. Fall brings out the colors. Did I mention you can actually see more than 10 stars in the sky. Bring you kids and show them what the Milky Way looks like, we did.
